these workers are always trying their best even on crazy busy days. the baristas are non stop moving making sure people get their orders as fast as possible. and yes i know it's expensive but that is not something they can control.

Service at this location is stellar. Fast, very respectful and responsive. Just lovely. The food and drink quality meet or exceed. I love the ambience here, especially in the morning. It seems to have a nice Los AngelesAngeles, yet very chill vibe similar to say, Pasadena, Ca. If only the Ohio weather ....If you are able to choose an area Starbucks, this is a top level selection among the three with which I'm familiar.

There's something about a busy Friday morning that makes everyone act like the rudest people you have ever met. These workers have withstood not only the hard work of their job, but also the weight of a thousand people's poor time management skills; and they do it with a smile. With a drive thru line wrapped around the building and a herd of people inside, the staff of this Starbucks works hard and fast despite customers who are upset they can't have their coffee in under 2 minutes.I commend every single worker here, and while I have never wrote a review before, I felt the need to write this one. To the workers who were SLAMMED and made my drink this morning -thank you. And to the customers who never stop complaining, learn better time management during rush hour and may someone never turn around and be as rude to you as you were to them this morning.
I don't purchase food here, but the Frappuccino my daughter and I love. There has never been an incident since I have been patronizing this place. Nothing but friendly smiles and great service.Kid-friendliness: They have non caffinated drinks that children can also enjoy. What child doesn't like cake pops?
I barely go to this location but when I do (feeling hopeful that my orders will be fine) it’s always disappointing. I order the same thing at any startbucks, iced macchiato with almond milk instead of regular dairy. Every time I order it at this location they basically serve a cup of caramel milk. It’s disgusting. You can’t taste the espresso in it. The more I mix it the more it just taste like caramel milk. Obviously lesson learned I won’t be getting coffee or should I say caramel milk from that location again.
