So I usually order an iced triple espresso with extra oatmilk and vanilla syrup because it’s cheaper and I feel like it tastes better than a normal latte . I kid you not every single time I order this my drink looks like this . Why can’t it be filled all the way ? I don’t care if it’s a $4 drink or a $10 drink the drink should be filled up! The oatmilk prices don’t personally come out of the employees pockets so why be stingy . The employee at the window also just kinda shoved me my drink . No hi how ya doing . No thank you . No nothing . Just gave me my drink said here ya go and slammed the window .

I order the same alternative milk order at all Starbucks I visit. I’ve tried this location a few times and every time have a mild milk reaction that I don’t have after my drink is made at other locations. I am a very regular customer at other locations and don’t have a reaction. Obviously on a shared machine, contamination is always a risk. However, I do know that at most stores, my drink order does not cause me issue because my allergy is mild. This is the only location I have any trouble. Thought I should warn others wild mild dietary restrictions since this pattern has emerged. I will keep enjoying my Starbucks at other locations ?

Location is honestly terrible. Always get my order wrong. Then because they messed up I feel the don’t give you as full of a drink. Venti white hot chocolate barely even filled. I haven’t even taken one drink out of it yet. It’s ridiculous.

The service was lackluster. Did not announce when my order was ready and did not ask for my name. Probably not coming back but the gingerbread oatmilk chai was delish (hence the 3 stars). Would have rated the place lower if it wasn't for the drink.

The drive through line is often long and the line often blocks the entrance to the parking area. The service is great but if more than 5 cars are in the drive through it impedes others trying to park or exit. If more than 10 cars are in the drive through as is the case many times the line backs up onto the road and the road can become partially blocked. It's not a huge problem but could have been anticipated by whoever designed it. The curbing at the exit of the drive through is also difficult to fit in with a large vehicle. A sharp right is required to exit.Parking: If more than 5 cars are in the drive through it impedes others trying to park or exit. If more than 10 cars are in the drive through as is the case many times the line backs up onto the road.

I ordered an iced chai latte. this is what i got instead. not complaining at all this is much better than an iced chai latte

I always enjoy the Frappuccinos. I got a breakfast sandwich today and really wish I knew how small it would be before I ordered it. I could've fit two sandwiches in one hand. Plus, it was mostly bread. It didn't taste bad, but I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew it was so small. It is too small for the price you pay.

I put in an online pickup order this morning and my boyfriend picked it up for me because he lives closer to this Starbucks. The order was already payed for but the cashier made him pay for it again. What he ended up paying for wasn’t my order(already payed for) but the order of the person behind him. Overall not a great start to the morning. We went back in store to get our money back and they did not do that. They were not helpful at all. Overall not a good experience, would absolutely NOT recommend. The workers were really rude.

This is a slow Starbucks. They don't talk to you at the window until your order is fully ready. Poor workflow. Otherwise, items were fine for Starbucks. Still

Manager has a nasty attitude. My drink was made incorrectly. I couldn't ask anyone for what I needed and was blamed for her being short staffed. After I explained to her why I did what I did, she still came at me sideways. No wonder this place has such low ratings. I regret leaving a tip ahead of time. Maybe it's not entirely her fault. Starbucks you need to support your workers better.

Good coffee, fast service in spite of a bunch of cars in line, but WATCH OUT FOR THE CURB UNDER THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW.The ledge on the window only sticks out like half the width of the curb so getting close to pay is not an option and you might curb. First time I’ve curbed anything in 15 years of driving ?

Holy smokes. I ordered a traveler for a family event (one of those big, shareable boxes of coffee). I just choked on the biggest clump of hair that was in the coffee - not just a strain, an entire clump. My whole family has been drinking from this toxic thing all morning and I’m furious. Just vomited. This is literally the grossest thing that I’ve ever directly experienced in food service. Honestly, the size of this thing makes it hard to believe it was an accident. Seems like I fell victim to some horrible, randomized prank. I will never return here or to another Starbucks ever again. Seriously gross.

This is my favorite Starbucks location, it's really nice and the service is always fantastic, Breann is always so sweet to me and I always feel really welcomed.
