First time I have had a bad experience here. Venti Hot Caramel Machiatto tasted absolutely awful ?I tasted zero caramel and it tasted like I was drinking an ashtray. Gonna be a while before I go back ?

I cannot put no stars, but how is managed this place deserve it, there was only one person, over 60, no scan my code with the code, no lrmona loaf, no Apple Pay, the browny was cold and the employer very rude like an attitude of annoyance because you are buying something, if you want a coffee don’t go in this

Okay, so I head inside to try one of the new drinks. The representative is less than enthusiastic about my question regarding the refresher flavors then proceeds to tell me it's the frozen Lemonade passion fruit drink. The lady was simply guessing. So, I was like okay I would like to try the pineapple, passionfruit Lemonade Flavored drink of course it's $5.50. What a waste of my time, money, and tastebuds. The pineapple should be sweet not bitter tasting, they forgot the sugar or sweetener, I guess they assumed the pineapple and passionfruit were sweet and that the Lemonade would make everything better. Terrible drink, I would have been more happy with the $1.08 Speedway cherry slurpee. Really Starbucks freaking do better for the ridiculous customer service and over priced underwhelming frozen drinks. Never again!!! Do not waste your money or mental head space.

Genesis, not sure I spelled her name right, was subbing at the Starbucks at the Kroger Cornerstone Store from the Austin Landing on Sunday, May 22, 2023 & the only one working a very busy Starbucks. She is GREAT! She was smiling while preparing coffee drinks, food, interacting with customers & cleaning as she worked. The Cornerstone Starbucks is not open all the time and I really appreciated her being there today. We should all have her energy and attitude. I truly appreciate hard workers like her … she will go far in whatever she does.

They have closed early 3x this week!! The workers still on the clock “cleaning” closed today at 5:45 cause one was leaving in 10 minutes but yet wouldn’t take orders!! The 1st time this week the girl said she was supposed to be off an hour before her replacement wasn’t there but she had the store closed and was just standing there on the clock mind you!! I get that good workers are hard to find right now but did all of them end up at this Starbucks?? Also they need to better training cause they don’t get the drinks right 1/2 the time…. I will no longer go to this location the ONLY REASON I have went back is cause I shop at this Kroger.
Inside Kruger . When you walk in , turn left. Next to sushi bar area. Limited seating. Limited dessert selection ( no cake pop ) . Staff is friendly. It’s convenient if you are shopping at Kruger. It’s a Starbucks mini, so might not find everything on the menu.
