Twice I've come here, first time barely any tuna on sandwich and tried to double charge. Second time still hardly any tuna again, ordered as a kids meal and he REFUSED to give me a cup (for fountain water) and said i could ONLY have a kids juice box with the meal. I asked it i could swap out for a bottled water and he wanted to charge me full price ($2) for it. I will never return here nor will my co workers for the ridiculous service and lack of effort here. I can tell why they never have customers.

Not sure why I keep coming here. Whenever I order online, my sandwiches are missing ingredients. The one time I went in the store to order, staff didn't seem to want to add anything extra when asked. I asked them to heat up the meat for a cheesesteak, but not toast the bread and they acted like it was a bother. Definitely not as good under the new owners.

Worst experience ever with the new owners …I’ve never been told that’s enough lettuce and not wanting to put any more on my sandwich even though I asked for it..I could barely understand them and not very nice people at all I will NEVER go back to that location again!

Walked in at 9:20pm and not a single team member was in sight to take our order. We waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to come out to take our order and no one did. We eventually left a little after 9:30pm even though the sign on the door states the store is open until 10pm. Very disappointed as we come here often.

Subs are good...but if you place an online order just know even if the app says it's "Ready" it's probably not. Very very slow in having orders ready. Might as well just go in and order like regular since I line saves you NO time.

I ordered subs online and was given an estimated time to pick-up. The order was ready 35 minutes after that pick-up time, so had to wait extra time for that. I ordered a churro and it was not very tasty. Also ordered extra steak on my 6in sub and was given just a tinny portion but was charged extra. I don't believe I'll be going to this location again.

It’s been a while I ate subway last time and was craving one for lunch. Here was the closest one from me. The lady who took my order was nice/accurate and I enjoyed my sandwich. :) Some of the veggies looked not fresh but I will def go back again.

Havent had meatball sub in awhile now I wish I would have just not the same dry tasted old my dad got the steak & cheese sub he didnt like the meat also dry thats sad make it right fresh for your customers
