I don’t even know why I keep trying to come to this Subway. They have been disappointing me for a year. I have an easy order - one 12” sub with almost no toppings. Even if I’m the only person in line, it takes FOREVER. They have a drive thru but never wear the headset and don’t put a sign outside saying drive thru is closed. Today the employee put on his gloves and stared at me. Didn’t say hi or any variation of ‘what can I get started for you?’. Turns out the new slicer is down so they had no turkey.

The lady working their named kelsey was extremely kind and was the only one working with a huge line she worked fast diligently and always makes my week with her Considerate and thoughtfully words the food is always fresh and this is the only subway i will go to somone make her manager and give her a raise

Best subway I have been to, bread was perfect and soft, line was clean, not picky with topping, accepts coupons, and overall just a really good experience.

Devony needs to be fired. She was impolite and used a dirty pan to put cookie dough on. She was rude to the people picking up door dash orders and incredibly slow. Not a good employee. On the other hand, Kelsey is a wonderful employee; she is efficient, polite, and speedy. The other employees seem polite enough. The food is always pretty good.

The employee named Mike was rude while I (Doordasher) was trying to coordinate a substitution with a customer. He raised his voice and acted very angry and unprofessional towards me. Usually restaurants are very pleasant to work with but this was a very bad experience. I would personally never eat here with such rude service.

Legitimately the worst sandwich I've ever gotten in my life. The bread had to have been 2 days old then completely burnt in the oven. I understand why I've never seen anyone here, it's because it's terrible. Don't waste your money.

The only issue I have is that none of the staff answer the phone. I called so many times to make sure no one toasted my sub because I was getting it for someone with a chewing problem. They wouldn’t answer. But when I arrived the staff was just standing behind the counter, looking out the store door, doing nothing. So I called while I was in the parking lot, he continued to stand there and not answer the phone.

This was the worst. I got a foot long sub that maybe had 7 inches worth of toppings on it. The lady in front of me was having a tough time completing her order as well. Do not recommend!
