this is by far the slowest fast food establishment I have ever experienced . Not only that but the workers will not acknowledge the customers waiting in lobby , and the manager when asked about orders/ordering, reacts In a very passive aggressive way , which is absolutely uncalled for being the service is so bad . I work in food service and completely understand there are busy days but there is no excuse for that response and especially when they have people waiting here for 30+ minutes . I witnessed three people walk out without their food , and when an elderly lady asked to order up front , the manager yelled “there are kiosks” as she walked away from the woman . She couldn’t even give her even minute to explain ? It is just beyond rude ! She should not be a manager if she can’t get these employees in check and if she can’t hold accountability and apologize to her customers . Don’t waste your time coming to this location ! You will be better off driving an extra five to ten minutes and it will probably take less time then waiting here for god knows how long . I’ve been here 45 minutes now . These people should not be getting paid for this service .

This locations drive through is unbelievably slow. If there’s 4 cars in the drive though, you can easily still be there 20-25 minutes. Insane.

This Taco Bell always gets orders wrong, they rush you, yell at you, get mad you when your the customer, they always forget items. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes instead they get hostile and wanna argue.

I stood at the counter and waited several minutes for someone to come take my order. People saw me standing there. A lady came up and gave another person her order and then went directly back to the Fry station and didn’t even acknowledge me and so I ended up leaving. Poor service very upset. I drove all the way from Kettering to the Centerville one because I like this place better but now I don’t think I’ll come back.

I sent my kids in to order (three teenagers) and the workers were very rude and disrespectful to them. They forgot four of our items and put hot sauce on our chicken cantina bowl. They refused to give them the receipt as well. It took 32 minutes to get our order. Just because they are teenagers does not mean they are not to be treated as any other customer.
Very bad customer service and I did not get what I asked and paid for and the manager was very negative towards customers

They were so slow the night we went. Ordered online with a specific pick up time only to arrive and have to wait about 10 minutes longer than expected. The food was fine and at least it was hot since I was literally standing there waiting for them to make it.

I am a DoorDash driver, and the service here has been terrible! I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and nobody acknowledged my presence. There weren't many customers when I arrived, yet I am still waiting for the orderas I write this review .
