We always stop at this Honey-Baked for sandwiches prior to going on road trips. The honey roasted turkey sandwiches are affordable and delicious, much better and healthier than fast food along the freeway. Service has been top notch; friendly and no-fuss when I want to customize the sandwiches. A special shout-out to Dezzarai, who always goes above and beyond.

I placed an ordered and paid online 3 days before picking up. When we went to pick up they no longer had the ham I ordered. Not sure why they do online ordering if they sell your item to someone else. They should place your name on it and have available when you pick up. Thank goodness I didn’t have a big family gathering because it would have ruined the meal. We went to DLM got the ham we needed. Never again will I order at Honey Baked Ham.

Place an online order, drove 20 minutes to get it only to be told they sold our order to someone else and they don't have replacement. So now we have to drive 40 more minutes to another location, who doesn't have the size we want so we have to pay more. This location is completely unprofessional. This is the second time this has happened.

Why do you guys make someone pay for something online and then when it’s time for us to pick up you guys say oh we’re out and you owe us 22 extra dollars. What’s the point of pre ordering if you can’t fulfill the order? It’s just a little counterproductive

I threw three side dishes out Christmas day!

When placing my order online, I saw some side dishes that I already knew weren't the healthiest to begin with. However, I thought, "It's Christmas, so one day won't hurt and everyone will enjoy it." Once I picked up the order and returned home, I see the back of the box/ingredients.

We trusted this company ($144 minus a discount offered by store at online checkout) to offer foods that are not bioengineered.

PLEASE STOP offering BIOENGINEERED ingredients! We have no plans to continue this Christmas day tradition.

I placed an order 2 days in advance and even received the confirmation email with the QR code for pickup. I drove 30 minutes to pick up my order that I PRE-PAID for and was told they no longer have anything in stock to fulfil my order. At what point does the management team realize how shitty that is? Not a simple text or phone call cancelling the order (which would prompt me to call and find out why). This is BAD BUSINESS HONEY BAKED!!!

Ordered a Cajun Turkey and they waited until I got there… the day before Thanksgiving to say they don’t have it!!! No phone call or anything! Wish I didn’t have to give them any stars!!
