Why do you guys make someone pay for something online and then when it’s time for us to pick up you guys say oh we’re out and you owe us 22 extra dollars. What’s the point of pre ordering if you can’t fulfill the order? It’s just a little counterproductive

I threw three side dishes out Christmas day!
When placing my order online, I saw some side dishes that I already knew weren't the healthiest to begin with. However, I thought, "It's Christmas, so one day won't hurt and everyone will enjoy it." Once I picked up the order and returned home, I see the back of the box/ingredients.
We trusted this company ($144 minus a discount offered by store at online checkout) to offer foods that are not bioengineered.
PLEASE STOP offering BIOENGINEERED ingredients! We have no plans to continue this Christmas day tradition.

Old bread, old ham had to eat all of it Thanksgiving day. I threw most away, shame what has happened to customer service and fresh food. Shame on you
I placed an order 2 days in advance and even received the confirmation email with the QR code for pickup. I drove 30 minutes to pick up my order that I PRE-PAID for and was told they no longer have anything in stock to fulfil my order. At what point does the management team realize how shitty that is? Not a simple text or phone call cancelling the order (which would prompt me to call and find out why). This is BAD BUSINESS HONEY BAKED!!!

Ordered a Cajun Turkey and they waited until I got there… the day before Thanksgiving to say they don’t have it!!! No phone call or anything! Wish I didn’t have to give them any stars!!

Meryk made my sandwich it was a bomb 10/10 recommend. First time having hbh sandwich and it was Devine. I ordered the classic ham and or didn't not disappoint. Definitely returning thank you.

Very disappointed in the ham I picked up on 3/28/24. When served on Easter day, it was not glazed at all. I have had better from Honey Baked Ham. No one even wanted leftovers which is very unusual.

I wanted to do the buy one get 50 percent off deal for ham slices. Well...I wanted 2 one lb ham slices. Ending up getting 1 ham 1 turkey. And the meat was old. You meaning me just need to stay away. Been burnt
