Avoid this location at all costs! My boyfriend and I both ordered sandwiches and smoothies from here on Sunday. When we got home and opened our sandwiches the turkey and cheese was filled with tiny black specks all over. Not sure if it was mold or if it was something else but we didn’t take our chances. The smoothies were good but that doesn’t make up for the fact that we paid $9 for a sandwich that wasn’t made with fresh ingredients and we had to throw away because we weren’t sure if it was safe to eat or not. Quality has gone way down here.

Always amazing food and smoothies. I go a little out of my way to go to this location because they’re always spot on with my orders. Highly recommend and very happy customer!

When you’re understaffed & service is slow, I get it. I’ve worked in customer service. But to wait 20+ minutes in a drive thru, at least try to make orders correctly please, this food isn’t cheap. My smoothie tasted like watery grass, & my chicken quesadilla had no chicken.

Staff there is great they know my order before i say it. Manager April is awesome. Smoothies are delicious! Will always continue to go there.

This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe as I went for lunch with 3 friends who had been there on prior days. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of smoothies from which to choose, plus finding out that any ingredient is able to added or subtracted per individual taste. They also have numerous wraps or salads; all very healthy options. I didn't order a Smoothie, but ordered a grilled chicken wrap, removing an item that I'm sensitive to and don't eat. The manager was very helpful with her recommendations including knowledge of ingredients that helped with some dietary limitations. She was very polite, yet personable. A great mixture of business-sense and nice customer service. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable; as we chose to eat in their dining room. It was a pleasant and delicious lunch together. We would go there again in the future.

Visited this location and practically had to beg for my receipt after paying with a credit card in the drive thru. Today I was looking at the receipt so I could enter my reward points and figured out why. I was charged for a tip without my consent. This is credit card fraud. I wonder how many customers are being stolen from. I doubt I’m the only one. Also, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to ask multiple times for my receipt, so it has probably happened before—this is just the first time I noticed. One other time I had to ask for my receipt, the girl at the window had to sift through a pile of receipts to find mine. This location needs to look at the date and time on the receipt I uploaded to find the individual responsible. This is unacceptable.

Order $45 worth of food, only had a $50 bill on us at the time. They told us they wouldn’t take the $50 and I watched them toss our whole order into the trash. Just kind of insane to me to waste all that food instead of accepting the money 🙄

Also no where was it posted that they didn’t accept large bills.

Recommended dishes: Smoothie and a Wrap

It appears Tropical Smoothie no longer uses fruit. Last week I purchased a mango magic smoothie and it tasted very bland with no fruit. Today, it was a repeat, no fruit. The only way it looked like a mango magic smoothie it had a yellowish color. Now I'm wondering what they are using to make that color. Also, prepare to wait as they are extremely slow there.

Alright so since no one wants to answer the phone over there, I've been calling for the last 2 hours. So food and smoothies are always on point. But today when I got my Uber eats order, I'm not sure if it was from my driver or the actual restaurant but either way this should have been prevented on both ends of the party. Not a huge deal but just wanted to make sure they're aware of the giant ball of long brown hair that was packed inside my back along with my burrito. Please be more aware of your surroundings as I also work in the food industry.
