Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Put in a mobile order. Came in to pick it up, smoothies were made. They assured me food order was almost ready (twice). Waited 15 minutes while they went through all of the drive through orders and forgot my food order. Watched them make the second half of the food order in 2 minutes after I reminded them again, while the other part of the food order had been sitting there for 15 minutes. Disappointed.

I ordered a blimey limey smoothie and half way through the drink i suck in this hard piece of what appears to be glass or plastic. Idk what it is but i am very dissatisfied about it. Thank God i did not swallow it. Very upsetting to think it could have been my kids to drink it.

I walked in and it was a lunch time chaos, although no one else was in line. The ordering process was not good and I could not hear the cashier, even after asking to repeat herself. Now, I just got my food, and it’s the wrong sandwich (e.g. I ordered turkey and was given chicken with incorrect bread). Also, was given the incorrect side and had to ask for correct side.

Serves expired yogurt (past date on label). Previous time tasted off now I know why. Seems to be an issue at this location based on other reviews. Would not give refund only store credit. Either they don't care or it's intentional to save money.

Interior of the store was absolutely freezing, like 62f when it was like 82 out. The smoothie also didn't taste good even though I've had this exact order before at other stores. Also sadly the smoothie was liquidy and not frozen at all.
