Do not order from the store I have ordered twice on two separate occasions have only gotten two sandwiches and both times they have been able to mess it up even when the receipt says what I want on my sandwiches

People need to stop expecting the world from a location that is understaffed. I know it's inconvenient and frustrating to wait too long for your food and not be treated like royalty but I've seen the way customers treat the workers here (actually I took the time to help a fellow customer, they assumed I worked there and were rude to me) and the truth is if I were in the employees' shoes I would be miserable too.
Be nice to people and they might be nice back.
PS this is coming from a broke DoorDasher who gets (barely) paid per order.
There are worse problems in the world than having to wait for food.

I came in ordered politely and was met with a nasty attitude by Carter. I will be calling corporate on this as I can't speak with rrrr on 💚💚💚 either. I get being busy but I ordered easy and nicely. He wouldnt tell me my total and gave me a nasty look when I asked my total.

Pulled up here at 4:30pm on a Friday, one car in the drive thru. We never got to place our order. After 10 minutes of sitting behind the car in front of us we decided to go inside instead. The doors were locked. I guess this location is closed but says open. This is the worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to so I guess it makes sense. Get it together!

Waited over a half hour in the drive thru and the food was somehow cold. I worked at Wendy's, there's no way the junior hamburger I got should have been served. I figured with the long wait time at least I'd be getting fresh food, but no. What's the point of fast food if it isn't fast or cheap anymore?
