Went to Whits today and was ignored for 10 minutes by the employees while they caught up on orders. Witnessed the employee give a wrong or to a patron, the patron walked away with the order and then brought it back once he realized it wasn’t his. The employee took it from the patron and gave it to the correct customers!!! Talk about nasty. Won’t be going back.

The custard is amazing. Things can get crazy in there when they are busy. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. When we have had an issue, things have been fixed quickly. We love having somewhere like this so close to home. We try to visit fairly often. Thanks!

The person who took our order and made our ice cream was friendly and fast. What more could you want? And the ice cream was great. I got a Gem City sundae that was basically a turtle sundae and my beloved got a flurry that he loved.

This frozen custard hits the spot every time. Love the buckey madness whitzer. The customer service side of the experience is lacking. it almost feels like kids running a lemonade stand out of the garage. The store is cute and the new led displays are cool with photos being shared.
