Went to this place multiple times in the past and always left satisfied. Today I found out they tried to fire an amazing worker, and now I’m upset. The store has gone downhill over the years. I know who is unprofessional to coworkers, I’ve seen people yell at employees. I refuse to name names. The drive-thru is dysfunctional.

They have tons of different types of chocolate. If you are a chocolate lover this can be your place. I tried one dark chocolate truffle which was pretty decent. The iced mocha was good as well with real chocolate and lesser sweetness. Definitely recommended.
Waited an extreme amount of time. When I was the only one in drive through line. I was told I had a free drink available but never received a text/email from my purchase. The 2 drinks I ordered were over $17.50. I go to Winans all the time and my 2 drinks are normally $13… Way to jack up the price and not let anyone know until they pay. Shame on you. I will not return to this location; where they rob you and don’t even have the courtesy to tell you they jacked up the price until you have paid. Then give you no receipt. Wow just WOW!
