Decent place, just not wheelchair accessible. I was having a hard time with my daughter, as it was very difficult to navigate with my wheelchair. Food was alright, and the coffee was pretty good, but was still not a very pleasant atmosphere. One of the workers was a teenage girl, she had a J name, but I can’t remember what, she kindly offered to help me and my daughter be more comfortable. Props to herWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. My daughter and I had a very hard time here, and was very hard to navigate the store

i was in on Tuesday evening and there was an employee with redish brown hair i'm pretty sure she was wearing a white shirt with jean shorts screaming back and forward between someone else. THIS IS A COFFEE SHOP!!!! its suppose to be peaceful not disruptive. Im pretty sure she was the owner, being disrespectful towards the customers and employees as well. NOT A COOL ENVIRONMENT!!! OH and not to mention the employee i described was getting pushy with another sweet girl how took my order! NOT APPROPRIATE!!!

The staff were actually great and my coffee was good.The owner, however, was incredibly rude. She was scolding every staff member, demanding that they take over orders but providing no information to them, sighing and huffing and puffing when spoken to, and acting like every single customer was a huge inconvenience for her.She wrote my iced latte order on a hot cup, and when I corrected her, she was very annoyed and wrote it on the wrong sized cold cup, resulting in me getting the wrong size drink. When you’re in the service industry, providing decent customer service matters.Everyone gets busy, everyone gets overwhelmed, but treating the team this way is absolutely unacceptable. The atmosphere was tense. Her energy changed the entire cafe. It felt like she either hates the team, hates me, or hates her job and that’s really sad!

Great place to get cover and some yummy chocolates. I got a tea and my husband got Carmel kiss coffee. We also got some chocolates. It was so good. Service was great! The atmosphere was relaxing. They had music playing. Photos and video below!

Owner Heather and staff are really upbeat, friendly and helpful especially if you aren't savvy with all those coffee words from the other place. No coffee snobs here, just good friendly folk and Delicious coffee and chocolates. The atmosphere is laid back and easy. Great place to take a break.Dietary restrictions: Great sugar free chocolates
Stopped at Winans while in Dayton on Monday. Decided to enjoy the day walking around the city and found this lovely cafe. The atmosphere, staff, and options were outstanding. I enjoyed the best spiced chai latte I have ever had. If I lived in Dayton, I would be here often. I plan to make this a stop anytime I’m in the area.

The coffee was good, but nothing special. Not impressed with the customer service. I asked for a straw, I was told I’m not getting one because they didn’t have enough and my cold coffee had a “sippy” lid. My total was almost $20 bucks. Give me the straw…
