“My friend and I traveled to Chagrin Falls for a day of shopping. We were delighted when we found an Einstein Bagel store. The store was exceptionally clean, the staff provided outstanding customer service, and we actually had the opportunity to meet and talk with the store’s manager, Anne. In talking with her, one could see that she enjoys her job, talking with customers, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. It is rare to enjoy not only the food served, but also enjoy being in such a friendly atmosphere. This manager has truly built a team who works well together In providing such a positive experience to their customers. I cannot wait to go back and I will certainly be referring my friends and family.“

“D & R is an absolute hidden gem!!!! The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating in every way. The food is crazy good you MUST try the hot corned beef/reuben. I have actually gone there 3 days in a row for the sandwich 🤣 New owner is so sweet and personable too.

“This place was really great 👍🏼 the only thing I would say as a first timer is ask for extra cream cheese because the sandwiches have the smallest amount of cream cheese that you can’t even taste it when you should have a bagel sandwich with cream cheese on the it to the point you can at least taste it.“
