Unprofessional. Improper, horrible customer service and rude employees who talk disrespectfully about their customers. Staff, especially owner, lack accountability or willingness to empathize with unsatisfied customers.
I will NEVER order from this business again. They messed up our cake order with 3 different mistakes. then when I called I heard one of the people on the phone in the background talking badly about me. wildly unprofessional! saying i left with the cake so its not their problem.(my husband picked it up and when he brought it home I realized all the mistakes made) so I called immediately like 10 mins later and the baker left for the day so we had to just have a cake that was incorrect....read full review
Ordered my first cake. I am new to the area and was not sure where to order. I saw the great reviews and ordered. My cake was beautiful and delicious. I will be back. 100% recommend to anyone.
