I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an extremely disrespectful experience I had at this location. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service encounters I have ever experienced, and I feel it needs to be addressed immediately by higher management and corporate leadership.
The male manager, described as a tall white man who wears a chain, displayed behavior that was unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant, and completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. A manager is supposed to lead by example, show professionalism, handle concerns respectfully, and create a welcoming environment for both customers and employees. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.
His attitude came across as very cocky, dismissive, and ignorant toward customers, especially women. I personally witnessed and experienced behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. No customer should feel talked down to, ignored, intimidated, or have someone getting in their personal space in an aggressive or disrespectful manner. There was a clear lack of professionalism, patience, and respect.
What is even more concerning is that this behavior did not appear to be an isolated incident. It raises serious concerns about leadership, staff training, accountability, and the overall culture at this location. Corporate and higher management should strongly consider conducting undercover visits or evaluations because what customers experience on a daily basis may not be what is being reported behind closed doors. Leadership should see firsthand how customers are being treated and how management interacts with staff and guests.
This team seriously needs retraining, stronger leadership, and a reminder that customer service, professionalism, and respect should always come first. No customer should spend their hard-earned money at a place where they are treated with disrespect, poor attitudes, and hostility.
Because of this experience, I cannot honestly recommend this location to anyone. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of respect, professionalism, and accountability shown. I will be reporting this matter to higher management/corporate and sharing documentation of my experience because situations like this should not be ignored. Customers deserve to feel respected, valued, and safe when visiting any business establishment.
I sincerely hope immediate action is taken to address these concerns and improve the conduct, professionalism, and customer service standards at this location so no one else has to experience this level of disrespect again.

I experienced extremely rude and disrespectful treatment over a situation that could have been handled professionally. The employee’s behavior was unacceptable, disrespectful, and offensive. As an African woman, I felt disrespected and targeted by the way I was treated.
I have video recordings documenting the employee’s behavior and interactions. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering that I spent money at this establishment expecting respectful customer service.
I am requesting that the owners review the security camera footage from beginning to end, particularly around 11:46, when we received our food. We even accepted the fact that the employee did not want to replace the food. However, the situation escalated when he grabbed the food from us, snatched it away, and threw it in the trash.
This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. I will be contacting the owners and the appropriate board to file a formal complaint. I also intend to share my experience publicly so that others are aware of how customers are being treated.
I expect this matter to be investigated thoroughly and addressed appropriately.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I witnessed and experienced at this location. The manager was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from the moment issues began to arise. Instead of handling situations calmly and respectfully, he displayed a hostile attitude toward customers and seemed completely unconcerned about providing good customer service.
What disturbed me the most was the way he treated several female customers. His behavior was unnecessarily aggressive, and at one point he got directly in a young woman’s face while speaking to her. There was absolutely no reason for that level of confrontation. No customer should ever feel intimidated, disrespected, or belittled while simply trying to conduct business. Watching the interaction was uncomfortable and upsetting, and it created a very negative atmosphere for everyone around.
As a customer, I expect management to set an example of professionalism, patience, and respect. Unfortunately, this manager did the exact opposite. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. It seemed as though he was more interested in arguing with customers than helping them. The way he spoke to people showed a lack of basic courtesy and respect.
This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever witnessed. Businesses rely on customer satisfaction, and having management behave in this manner reflects very poorly on the entire establishment. No one should have to deal with being spoken to disrespectfully or made to feel uncomfortable while visiting a business.
I will not be returning to this location, and I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience. I will also be sharing my experience on social media so others are aware of how customers are being treated here. I sincerely hope ownership or upper management addresses these issues and takes steps to improve the level of professionalism and respect shown to customers in the future. Until then, I would strongly advise others to consider visiting a different location.

We politely explained that the fries were cold and hard, but instead of trying to help or correct the issue, the employee came over with a rude attitude and made the situation uncomfortable.
When I asked for a receipt, I was met with even more disrespect instead of professionalism or customer service. The way we were spoken to felt rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, items were thrown away during the situation, and there was no refund or proper attempt to resolve the issue. Instead of trying to make things right, it felt like our concerns were ignored.

Horrible experience. The bartender denied 7 different IDs because they “didn’t match the Ohio ID” when everyone was out of state on a work trip. Then after the owner forced her to accept our REAL IDs she tried to charge one of us for an extra drink she didn’t order or have. Go anywhere else cause these people play games with people who are 22+. If TSA accepts our IDs then they should too.

We used to frequent game time weekly and loved their food, especially their burgers. Tonight we visited and were informed they have been bought out- the food quality has all gone downhill. The burgers (which used to be local Avril Bleh or Eckerlin beef) are now premade frozen cafeteria patties. The chicken sandwich is not a hand battered chicken breast, but a frozen Tyson patty. Mini corn dogs have also suffered. We will not be back. Sorry to the neighborhood and staff for these new greedy owners who obviously only care about lining their pockets.
