Ordered the strawberry lemonade and had a dead fly in it!! Was a long wait to flag down any staff to make a new drink. Got the new chicken parmesan, should have known it wasn't going to be anything than average. And got a $15 salad, which tasted worse than a $4 bagged salad. Only finished our meal because of the price, otherwise see no reason to return

As a restaurant owner, I will always give props to other where props are due and this place definitely deserves recognition. My family and I enjoy eating here for both lunch and dinner. Our son enjoys the food as well. They have very nice servers who are fast and friendly. Five stars all the way around.

We come to Chillicothe alot, we also stop at Applebee's for lunch or dinner depending on when we are there. We always get a smile when we open the doors. Always the BEST service walks up with a smile, great attitude our drinks are always full. Food is great. Bartender makes my special drink great. I would highly recommend Applebee's in Chillicothe.

Server was named Jenna most horrible service I have received in many years. She ignored us for most of our dinner and acted like it was a hassle to do the job she is getting paid for. I was in town visiting family and they were really embarrassed by the quality that their hometown displayed. Food was Applebee’s good but chain restaurant food, atmosphere was contingent on service so I give y’all a 2 overall

We are here on 8/4. This location is a normal stop for us when traveling. I had the riblets and my husband had the bourbon steak. Both were really good! The only negative food wise was that the temperature was not as warm as I thought it should be.Also I did find it very very strange that they didn’t have any draft beer… of course that’s one of the specials. Since the restaurant was not busy at all while we were there, I could clearly hear the bartender tell a customer that they were all out of draft beer. I can see running out of one, even maybe two kegs, but all of them I personally find that hard to believe . Anyhow our server was Glenna, and she was very good and very pleasant!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could leave 0 I would… I believe our waitresses name was Jenna. If you get her just request someone else immediately

I love coming to this Applebees, my fiance and i absolutely hands down choose this store over any other. Tonight as we sit here, it was busier than normal. There are NEW bartender and server. If not new then we have not seen them before. Anyways there was a table that left with an older couple and there children it looked like. The girl cleaning the table went to look at the receipt then said pretty loudly to the bartender “they didn’t even leave 10% tip. Then they both began to talk crap about them for a few minutes. I don’t like that, yes i understand getting upset for not getting a good tip but you do get something an hour and then I’m sure you made other tips today. Anyways by far the worst experience we have had here…. But our server was amazing and the food is always good. Get yalls selves together… if i ever get you as my server i wont top nothing but a couple dollars.
