I ordered a full rack of glazed ribs, Cole slaw and macaroni and cheese as a additional charge. When i got home, there were french fries and some kind of noodles. The ribs were good the sauce was strange, i couldn't was it off my plate even with a scratch pad. My stomach was making strange sound and I'm not feeling that well. I was overcharged for a order i didn't order. My first time there and the last. Im a retired marine corps sgt.and i don't appreciate the disrespect i received from that place.

The manager here is terrible! Don’t take a door dash from here. This place will waste your time as a dasher. He’s means to his employees & don’t prioritize carry out orders at all. You’ll have an order for 1:30 pickup & wait 20 extra minutets. Just for them to spill the sauce all over the bag & dismiss you. Do better & check your manager. The employees don’t deserve his disrespect either.

Apparently all Applebee's ARE the same. I went in and sat at the bar. The bartender took my order. After about 10 minutes, still no food. The bartender was doing menial tasks, anything but checking to see if my food was ready including chatting at a table with a woman i assume us her boss. (It is NOT busy at this time.) Finally, someone from the kitchen brings out my food. My drink remained empty as I ate my meal. I asked for a to go box and extra sauce because my family was waiting for me. (They ate at Cane's and I'm not a fried chicken person.) After several minutes, she brought out a sauce with no lid, a box, no fork, and then proceeded to disappear for 15 minutes. Once she returned, she immediately went to her other table to check on them and then asked if I was ready... She hands me my check and says, "I know you're in a hurry to get to your family." Mind blown.

Food was ok at best. Service was sub par. Ordered online for car side and payed with Apple Pay. Bar keeper states it didn’t show up on their end. Had me write my number down instead of speaking with a manager. Stated that’s what he said he wanted and if I didn’t get a call I was good. I said well I show on multiple areas it was payed. Haven’t been in a long time to apple bees and now this cements it for me. Save your time and money and make better food !

Ordered a chicken tender salad , and the chicken was completely raw in the center, idk how they did not see the completely raw chicken when they placed it in the bowl. Big safety concern ! If you come here i guess ask for well done chicken 💀 smfh😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered car side pick up for my husband and kids because I have the flu and didn’t want to go inside. Someone answered the phone and said it would be right out twenty minutes later no one was answering the phone and I had to go inside. Our food was lukewarm and one of the drinks was missing the waitress got the missing drink.
The only reason service gets two stars is the fact that the waitress was very nice.
Ordered a perfect margarita which I have several times over the years. Usually comes with a martini glass and can fill it 3 to 5 times. Got one today and was lucky to get my glass filled twice. But still the same price. Asked the waitress if they had decreased the size, just curious. She said she would check, but never got an answer. We could have just ordered a regular margarita and got more of our moneys worth I feel

I keep giving this location chances and walk out disappointed every time. If you order a drink from the bar to go with your meal, you will be waiting a long time to get it. I ended up ordering a regular drink just so I had something until the original one I ordered got to me. It took forever to get our appetizers. The waitress went to check on them and told us the kitchen staff was very behind, however, my husband and I watched several people who came in after us get their food and pay before we even got the first part of ours. By the time we got our appetizers and my drink from the bar, our food came out right behind them. The food was not bad and the waitress was very sweet and apologetic, but I told my husband I probably wouldn't be coming back because this is an ongoing theme every time we come in this location. We were given a $5 off a $25 meal coupon but at this rate I will probably never use it.

They was out of French fries. Then wanted to up charge you for waffle fries. Why I do not know because there mistake in ordering wants you to pay more. Bad business to me, cause I would be willing to pay for apple bees mistakes.
