App deals/coupons hasn’t worked for four months. Haven’t made a purchase since then. Not the staffs fault but there is no where to complain about this on the faq or anything.

Went through the drive thru for dinner. Fast service and that’s because our food was COLD!!!! Curly fries were not cooked long enough barely done. Sandwiches were super cold!! Mac and cheese bites were delicious. Food is way too pricey to be getting cold and undercooked!!!

Being that I stopped by their drive-through a full hour and 15 minutes before closing you'd think they might be able to serve me a sandwich that is hot, or at least warm. Nope. Apparently that is an unreasonable expectation. Sad.

Most of the food is GREAT! Personally love their beef and cheddar sandwiches and curly fries. Their pizza sliders were good too. The people are friendly for the most part.
Fish and cheddar sandwiches = 2 for $7 was AWESOME! HOT, FRESH AND LARGE FISH OVER THE SIZE OF THE BUN! THE BEST SANDWICHES I HAVE EVER ATE AT ARBY'S!! PLEASE KEEP IT ON THE MENU! ?
