Stopped to get food and use the bathroom during a trip from virgina beach back to Indiana. Ordered the chicken bacon Swiss. It was made very sloppy but it was good. Wish it had more than a few strips of shredded lettuce. Ordered cheesesticks that somehow didn't come out hot even though we were told to pull up and wait on them.

I vowed to not eat at Arbys for a very long time for personal reasons, but under new circumstances (aka pregnancy cravings) its one of the few things I crave and can keep down. I know what its like to work late shifts in that drive thru window, so a very big thank you to Liz who always gets our order correct and is nice and gives us the exact service needed! Thanks girl!!

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru, was told it wasn’t ready yet and to go to spot 2. Okay not a big deal. We go and sit in spot 2 for 25 minutes and nobody came out. So we go inside and the lady at the register ignored us. Someone else came over and we told them. They responded, “oh we forgot about you” and put her hand on two bags and walked away.

So if you are open until 1am or atleast that is what is advertised, why is the employees refusing to make anything saying that they are closed at 9:40 at night? Wouldn't even entertain service because they had everything shut down to leave?

This review is for the new cheese steak sandwich. Arby's has experminted several times over the years with a similar sandwich. Well this version is not best version. It is basically ground hamburger with cheese sauce ( cheese sauce is good) on a small cheap quality sub bun ( the bun is the worst part) I have liked many versions in the past but would not recommend this version.

Their phone number doesn't work so I haven't been able to call about the hair I found on my hashbrown. So I took it in to the store and they replaced it with some lukewarm ones. And I also ordered (manager put in this order btw) 2 ranch wraps, no cheese and I don't like them cut in half so i said dont cut them. They still put cheese on BOTH of them AND cut one in half. This is the kinda thing that pins the nail on the donkey for me. I'm so irritated because I can't even call to let them know.

Stopped yesterday to pick up lunch. Ordered 5 sandwiches and 2 shakes. Got the sandwiches, which 2 were wrong and also left 2 out. Received the wrong shakes and when we went in to get our order corrected, they still messed it up. Short one sandwich and another wrong. 2 sandwiches were fish, soggy buns, no tarter, just a waste of money. Didn't go in a 3rd time to get it corrected. I don't think I'll be stopping by this one again.
