Placed a mobile order, on the order was a shake. When I got to the drive thru they told me the shake machine was down and couldn't refund the amount because the app is third party. I paid for a large drink and they gave me a small so I am still out money.

On 9-1-2025 at 4:32pm I ordered my meal after waiting close to 15 minutes to place order. I assumed because of the Holiday the restaurant was short on staff but after eventually I got up to the window I asked for 4 packs of horseradish and Andy sauce the girl staired at me and while she just stood there not taking other people’s orders (while there were several other people working.)Then she proceeded to give me my order after a good 5 mins sitting at window without any sauces. I asked her if I could have some sauces and she huffed and grabbed a huge handful of each and threw them in the bag and trusted my order at me. Someone should have noticed how awful she was handling the drive through. It will be a long while before I go back.

Stopped to get food and use the bathroom during a trip from virgina beach back to Indiana. Ordered the chicken bacon Swiss. It was made very sloppy but it was good. Wish it had more than a few strips of shredded lettuce. Ordered cheesesticks that somehow didn't come out hot even though we were told to pull up and wait on them.

I vowed to not eat at Arbys for a very long time for personal reasons, but under new circumstances (aka pregnancy cravings) its one of the few things I crave and can keep down. I know what its like to work late shifts in that drive thru window, so a very big thank you to Liz who always gets our order correct and is nice and gives us the exact service needed! Thanks girl!!

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru, was told it wasn’t ready yet and to go to spot 2. Okay not a big deal. We go and sit in spot 2 for 25 minutes and nobody came out. So we go inside and the lady at the register ignored us. Someone else came over and we told them. They responded, “oh we forgot about you” and put her hand on two bags and walked away.
So if you are open until 1am or atleast that is what is advertised, why is the employees refusing to make anything saying that they are closed at 9:40 at night? Wouldn't even entertain service because they had everything shut down to leave?

This review is for the new cheese steak sandwich. Arby's has experminted several times over the years with a similar sandwich. Well this version is not best version. It is basically ground hamburger with cheese sauce ( cheese sauce is good) on a small cheap quality sub bun ( the bun is the worst part) I have liked many versions in the past but would not recommend this version.
