The reservation system worked well. It was Valentine's Day and we were seated way ahead of others who had to wait more than an hour per the hostess. We'll worth doing. The food was a little salty so next time we'll tell them to restrict it some. Good food - good service - good ambiance. It was worth it.

My lady friend and I came to the Red Lobster after visiting the Adena Mansion in Chillicothe. Using the email Priority Seating were seated quite quickly. However, we did have to wait quite a long time for our dinners but there two large groups there and our waitress was running herself ragged but was still attentive to us in spite of that.

I understand everyone has a bad day, so I'll not complain about the waitress. Seemed very tense. The second time I've eaten there and not received the butter sauce for my Lobster. I had the Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon dinner. The shrimp wasn't as good as usual, but the Salmon was incredibly good. Hopefully the Salmon portion doesn't get any smaller. It was delicious, however.

While I did not mind the fact that I couldn't wait inside for my table to be prepared, in the case of inclement weather it would be problematic and as such it will play a factor in whether I return. I have noticed businesses taking advantage of the changes COVID brought that were supposed to be temporary and made them their new policies. It's not like you have kept any of the other policies.

We were very pleased with out recent experience at Red Lobster, Chillicothe, OH. The food was very good and adequate portions. The waitress was really on the ball offering excellent service and very good attention to our needs but not overwhelming. OVERALL, A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Food was great, waitress was nice. We had to wait a bit for our biscuits but overall, was a good experience.

Another Delicious dinner at Red Lobster! Requesting ‘Priority Seating' via OpenTable is so easy and Carolyn, with Red Lobster, was Very Kind and we had very little wait for our requested table for 6. We enjoy LobsterFest every time it's offered and, as usual, everything was absolutely Delicious! And, Morgan, our server, provided Excellent service!

Biscuits were good. Food was warm, which is about the best I can say. I had the shrimp fettuccini and it was very bland. Menu was very limited in sides. Had 4 potato options, no traditional rice option, (quinoa only) and only green beans for a vegetable. Also only had a caesar salad, no garden salad. I used to love the Strawberry Lemonade here and it is now very different, no fresh strawberry, just some concentrated syrup. Hostess seemed very harassed even though they were not exceptionally busy. Waitress was very good to keep brings biscuits and drinks. We were seated by the bar and there was a very unpleasant fishy smell. It had been quite a while since our last visit and now I remember why. We won't be visiting again anytime soon. More expensive than what we pay at Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn and subpar food.

Wonderful “Lobster Fest” dinner at the Chillicothe Red Lobster! Arriving from out of town, we requested a table for 5 via Open Table and although they don't take ‘reservations' they will accept a “Priority Seating” request and our table was ready when we arrived! Everyone ordered something different and each meal was Excellent! And, Nikki, our waitress, was absolutely Wonderful ~ Friendly, great sense of humor, and very attentive!!
