Got the seasonal carmel pancakes as a to go order. The website menu describes as topped with amounts of apples, whipped cream and powdered sugar. Got home to eat and should have expected the quality was going to be awful. Hardly any toppings as described. Rest of the food order was burnt, cold and tasted of salt. Guess if I ever go back, have to dine in to correct all their mistakes. Makes IHOP look like luxury

Update 8/2025: this place has really gone downhill. Ordered mini sampler. Over med eggs were runny. Bacon ordered crisp was floppy. Toast was half toasted. Window where we sat was filthy.

We had to ask for jelly. Ask for more coffee. There was no salt on our table. They was having trouble with the cash register. Said we would have to wait for it to reset if we used a card to pay. They said this happens at least three times a day

We went in for lunch yesterday and Cindy (host) was very welcoming and friendly. She accommodated my elderly mother in a close booth and proceeded to offer excellent, kind service to others coming in to dine or picking up take-out. Definitely a stand out employee.

We hadn't been to a Bob Evan's in a couple of years because there aren't any in Wisconsin, but met our family at the Chillicothe location. It was disappointing. The food was mediocre at best. The salad was old, the entries were barely warm, nothing was exceptional. The restaurant itself felt greasy and not very clean. They no longer serve fried mush, our favorite, and a lot of the food tasted and felt canned. The carrots were babbyfood. I hope they improve or they won't last much longer.

I here with my grandma regularly. We like to meet for breakfast. The food is always cooked properly. And tasty. Prices are reasonable. I grew up on Bob Evans and I will probably always go there. The servers are friendly and attentive.

Always a favorite! Usually not that busy if eating in. Quite atmosphere, waiters are normally friendly and give good service. I love how they have kept many of the longtime favorites, yet really like that they add new items & combos to the menu. Pricing is convenient compared to many other restraunts whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I normally eat at the Western Avenue location in town. Overall good experience for many years.

The worst place I've eaten at ever.
The food was just awful and the service wasn't much better.
I felt like I got robbed as much as I was charged for for such small of breakfast.
Over $25.00 for 2 to eat and all I had was a gravy biscuit and a small milk and my friend only had 2 eggs with a order of hash browns and toast and orange juice.
Stay away from this place if you don't want to be disappointed
