The worst place I've eaten at ever. The food was just awful and the service wasn't much better. I felt like I got robbed as much as I was charged for for such small of breakfast. Over $25.00 for 2 to eat and all I had was a gravy biscuit and a small milk and my friend only had 2 eggs with a order of hash browns and toast and orange juice. Stay away from this place if you don't want to be disappointed

I ordered the Hot Family Feast for our family Christmas party. The pick up time was 11:30 am which was scheduled online one week prior to the date. When I arrived at approximately 11:15 am, I checked in with the take out desk and was told it would be just a few minutes. I sat down on a booth in the front lobby area and patiently waited until 12:00 pm, when I finally was tired of waiting. I watched three door dash orders get picked up, and saw the host seat multiple parties in house while I waited. When I was finally able to speak to someone, the person said, “oh your order is here and ready.” The two bags of food had been sitting there the entire time I waited. The host was an older woman that was more worried about flirting with the older regular male customers and completely forgot about my order or me actually being present in the restaurant. After I realized the now cold food was mine I asked for a refund so that I could go elsewhere to make last minute plans for our dinner. I was informed by the manager on duty that a refund would take days to process and I would be out the money until then. This location has had poor service in the past which had me visiting the other location in our town. That location also had poor service on multiple occasions so I thought I’d give this Western Avenue location another shot only to be completely disappointed again. I will not visit either location in Chillicothe, Ohio again. We ended up taking the cold food so that I didn’t show up empty handed but was only further frustrated when the food was indeed cold.

We are always treated like family and called by name kids included. Our food is always good and drinks are filled. If you go in we recommend Cyrus, Katie, or Chakara. The managers Courtney and Brittany are very friendly and are always helping their staff. I can't say enough good things about this team!

Sad the direction Bob Evans has turned. Once a leader in quality now a company that makes employees work Thanksgiving and can't make a simple breakfast. Neither Bob Evans in Chillicothe are worth going to and spending money.

I've had so many horrible experiences here but always kept going back but not anymore. They can never get a takeout order right. I've come home with the wrong order before.I just called to place a take out order and that was an ordeal.I had to call the one on Bridge St.Absolutely pathetic!
Bob Evans would not be happy with the food if he was here to taste it.Sometimes it is hot but most of the time is just warm. My Sister-in-law and I have been going here for over 30 years and have always enjoyed the country cookin but lately it has gone down hill. The Bridge Street restaurant is usually clean and smells good and the service there is really good. But the Western Avenue restaurant is dirty the baseboards need cleaned really bad and the whole place needs cleaned. I still love your noodles and the biscuits and sausage gravy. But the food should be hot and the building needs a thorough cleaning.
