Very short staffed. They need to hire servers and a hostess. There is no one to seat you so you wait until a server has time to do it which doesn't happen. Dont go there if you dont have 3 hours to eat.

They were out of a lot of things because of a remodeling coming up. But despite that we had a great experience today. It was busy but our server Sara did an awesome job. Will definitely go back after the remodeling to check it out.

Mediocre at best... very dirty and worn out. The place hasn't been updated or remodeled, probably since it was built. Servers are usually friendly, but take forever. food is ok when and if the order comes out correctly. This is only usually a last resort on a Thursday for bogo wings. Any other time, I steer clear.

By far probably the worst experience eating anywhere. We got there a little late, a little more than a half hour before close. It look 15-20 minutes for anyone to get our drinks and we had to walk up and ask someone. Then they informed us that since it’s so close to close they don’t have everything normally offered, which was fine, but it was odd to try to make us feel bad when we’d been there unattended other than being seated for 20 minutes. Didn’t really have a server, just anyone we could inconvenience by asking for a refill or anything at all. The person that brought me my food the most times told me he’s not a server when I asked for a refill that no one even offered. Wings were the size of gumballs and for what you pay you should get a whole lot more than what they give you. I normally always tip around $10, I didn’t leave one here because I don’t even know who our server officially was. It was someone different almost every time except for the guy who said that’s not even his job. Then after I pulled out one of the servers that got picked up in a black 2012 Buick Lacrosse was screaming at us calling us broke and druggies because we didn’t tip. Oh and the cherry on top was there was hair in my girls fries that she just quit eating and she wrote it off as “hopefully her own hair.” We didn’t want to be rude and try to get a free meal but after we were harassed out of the parking lot and into the road from an employee I wish I would’ve. Would not recommended, just a bunch of kids who don’t know what they’re doing or how to handle themselves.

i got 10 traditional wings and a side of tater tots and 3 cups of ranch. the ranch cups were not even half way full. the wings were so hard i could barely eat them. not to mention barely any meat on them. this was the meat on a flapper. its as hard as a rock. i’m not sure what happened here but i’m very disappointed with my order. $17 for 10 wings that are basically inedible is outrageous

If you're picking up an order for takeout be prepared to wait 10 minutes while five different staffers are having a conversation about ex-boyfriends and girlfriends and one with red hair who's going to look at you three times and completely ignore you.

Order 2 drinks and 2 orders of 6 bone in-wings. The wings were cold and so small you needed a magnifying g glass to see them no meat to mention on them. The bill was $29.99. Worst money I have spent on any food. The pizza places have better wings and they aren't known for wings. I won't go back. At thst price and size you ought to get 8 to 10.

We spent 35 dollars here, they stuck us in the back, where parties were going on. 3 different parties. Kids were invading our space. Since when are people allowed to bring their own food to a restaurant. The waitress Thea, was the only positive thing. You should have to pay us for even stopping there.
