I ordered takeout. 15 piece boblneless and 6 piece boneless. Disappointed in the size of the wings. 6 piece appeared more than half of 15. Talked to the manager and they said they do quantity and use various sizes. She did correct the issue by giving me a few additional wings. Sauces were great as always. Tried the new honey garlic and loved it.

Waited 25 minutes for a table. Then someone with the same number in there party walks up and they put them ahead of us. Rude service then asked why they did that?. Response IDK. What a joke. Then got told well your names not on the list. And that was the guy who took my name

Went tonight January 7th with my family to enjoy the game and have dinner. Must say the food was spot on, better then expected really, very pleased. As for the service, well sub-par at best, unfriendly, rushed, no smile, no pre-bus of dirty plates..I normally tip 25%, but not for this type of service. A tip is not expected, it is earned.

I remember why I don’t come to these chains, orders where wrong chicken is cold fries are Old and cold, I don’t know why anyone would come somewhere to gets food that’s this expensive and this disappointing, service was great.

The food is consistently good, restaurant itself is a bit loud but to be expected for a sports bar / restaurant. Carry out orders are a bit slower than times given, but always accurate.Kid-friendliness: Alcohol is served but the bar area and restaurant portions are pretty well separated.
