This place is ran by a trailer park crew that doesn’t know how to open a store promptly at 6am. Twice in the past two weeks the doors were not unlocked at 6am. So both times I had to literally walk around to the drive thru window and tell them their doors were still locked. This last time I got fed some lame excuse by the manager that it was a “security violation” for merely sliding open the drive thru window and telling them their doors were still locked. There was no other way I could get their attention. So, instead of acknowledging their mistake and not checking to see if their doors are unlocked, this unprofessional manager tries to throw it back on me. If you know your doors aren’t unlocking properly, maybe you should check them at 6am to make sure they’re open? I didn’t do anything wrong and merely sliding open a window to inform them their doors are still locked IS NOT a security violation. But most of them generally have bad attitudes and probably rolled out of bed 15 minutes prior. This will be the last time I go to this restaurant and I will be spreading the word. This Burger King, at least in the mornings, is poorly ran.

Paid for bacon to be added to my chicken sandwich. I also ordered fries, cheesy tots and a chicken wrap. I didn't even get my sandwich, manager reached out by email offering a 5 coupon. So I still ended up buying lunch for me and a friend then I didn't get to eat. The coupon takes 24 hours to be added. Paying money for CRAP services

Just about the only thing on your menu I can eat is your ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. And you guys stop serving that at 10:30... Sharp. Don't give me crap about having the food prepared... It's cold cut ham that you microwave. Every other single thing on your menu makes me feel sick afterwards. Either fix your food, fix your menu, or fix your customer service. I've already had to swear off pretty much all fast food except Chipotle, Del Taco, and Wendy's because of how it makes me feel. 🤨
The 40 yr old manager was complaining about people ordering food in front of ever customer at the front. He chose the job. Bad sevice.

Although I don’t eat out much, I love the whopper juniors. I went there today. Great employees, great food The only thing I was dissatisfied with is there were three TVs,one with kid shows, one with the sports show, which was great, but you could not even hear them bcause on the other side the farthest away from me Fox News was on blasting I would rather not eat lunch and hear politics. We need to have shows we can relax and enjoy during our lunch. This is every day not just today.
