Came in last night for my mobile order, it was busy and I didnât care it was busy I was fine waiting but when you have an employee talking to the customers like the dude was last night makes me not want to come back basically calling us jobless because we wanted food at 1 am. Iâm sorry people are wanting food after work. Loved Burger King but wonât be coming back again.

Got 6 meals all sodas had no ice and carbonation running low they did not tell me they was out of ice I got to spicy chicken wrap meal both had no lettuce which I didn't order that way and they was super slow and they wasn't even busy

This place is ran by a trailer park crew that doesnât know how to open a store promptly at 6am. Twice in the past two weeks the doors were not unlocked at 6am. So both times I had to literally walk around to the drive thru window and tell them their doors were still locked. This last time I got fed some lame excuse by the manager that it was a âsecurity violationâ for merely sliding open the drive thru window and telling them their doors were still locked. There was no other way I could get their attention. So, instead of acknowledging their mistake and not checking to see if their doors are unlocked, this unprofessional manager tries to throw it back on me. If you know your doors arenât unlocking properly, maybe you should check them at 6am to make sure theyâre open? I didnât do anything wrong and merely sliding open a window to inform them their doors are still locked IS NOT a security violation. But most of them generally have bad attitudes and probably rolled out of bed 15 minutes prior. This will be the last time I go to this restaurant and I will be spreading the word. This Burger King, at least in the mornings, is poorly ran.
