The only place here that offers a vegetarian burger via drive through, and my favorite place for fries. My dogs love to get a treat hamburger patty here, whereas they won't eat them from anywhere else. And the employees are always nice!

Dropped something in the playground area and my daughter was told “oh well there’s no key” so I walked up there myself to figure out if this was true or not. The employee told me in a rude tone “there’s nothing we can do! Maintenance is the only one with a key! I don’t know what you want me to do” Since when did BK stop carrying the key for the playground area¿ Another employee saw how the employee reacted and proceeded to help out by grabbing a broom because again the employee and manager on shift were zero help and had the upmost nastiest attitude about the situation. Thanks to Brianna for helping by grabbing the broom and got the item out from underneath the play area. Much appreciated! As for the helpless manager and employee hope your shift gets better and attitude changes! Overall food was okay.

So is the Wednesday burger false advertisement?
Ordered the $5 burger, fries, nuggets, and drink meal and it took them over 10 mins to make my order, all while I was watching one of the workers throw away handfuls of burnt chicken nuggets like they forgot how to make food. Once I finally got my order it looked like a kids meal but without the toy. Small burger, a pinch of fries, 4 small burnt shriveled up nuggets, and a baby cup of soda. Even though I'm in my late 20's I felt like a child. I truly don't understand how any place let alone Burger King stays in business by lowering the quality of the food and workers while raising up the prices. Places like these are suppose to be affordable for the lower class, anyone that can actually afford to pay for this can go elsewhere for tastier/bigger portions of food. All of you who eat from places like Burger King need to love and respect yourselves more and stop giving these places your money if they don't want to earn your money. Just like every other fast food joint, I'm never ordering anything from them ever again.
Disgusting. Workers are lazy. Areas dirty. Whole stack of lids covered in dryed soda. Very rude. Teenagers having their way with each other inside the play area. Now bridge st Burger King is the spot by far a 4star.

The food was fine. But the service and lack of concern today was appalling. First the place was virtually empty except for the few customers that were in the play area. And a couple cars in the drive thru. There was also 1 customer waiting just in front of my friend and I. It took several minutes to be waited on. When we finally did get our order. I was handed a cup and proceeded to the drink station. A bucket and a wet floor sign was against the sales counter away from the actual drink station. Where the water was actually laying.
Not realizing the floor was soaked with water. I slipped and pulled my back and leg. My friend told the girl that I had fallen. And her only response was there's a wet floor sign there. Not once did she care enough to even ask if I was OK. She eventually came around the counter and begin mopping. And finally put the wet floor sign where it should have been all along. I should have taken my friends advice and demanded to fill out an accident report. Which feeling the pain in my back and leg tonight. I realize It would have been a good idea. I just think that the employees should be trained on how to deal with accidents . As well as how to prevent accidents. Like placing wet floor signs where they need to be. I'm a 64 year old lady with a bad back and weak bones. I could have easily broken a hip.
I certainly hope the company will address safety issues such as this and provide proper training and a little compassion and concern might not hurt either.
Also training the employees that washing their hands is a requirement in the food industry.
