Ordered through doordash and didn't realize the restaurant only had beef and noodles on Thursdays. They did not notify my dasher and did not offer a replacement. When I called the restaurant to see why only part of my order was delivered, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said that it wasn't her job to call customers and let them know. She also very rudely stated that beef and noodles was only on Thursdays and it was very clearly stated on the menu. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Really wish I could remember our waitresses name because she was simply amazing. Very polite and fun to chat with. We weren't from there so we some questions and she answered them as best she could. My wife's order came out wrong and she just kept apologizing for the mix up when it wasn't here fault at all. Food was good, minus the pepper problem. Very cool joint a little further down the street from the main area but worth it. Got pretty busy after we got there so the locals obviously like it too.

Ordered online and after 30 minutes of order not being updated I contacted DoorDash and was told there was no one to deliver the order. If the restaurant can’t fulfill the order from the time it’s placed until delivery they should not accept the online order request.

This is your authentic diner experience. We came for an early dinner on a Friday night. This place looks like it was stuck in time and what you imagine when you think of a classic diner. No wait, we were seated immediately. They have a daily specials, and Friday is fish night. You can get perch or cod. My wife and I opted for the perch. The meal comes with your choice of bread, potato salad, and baked beans. The serving size was good. My perch was a little overcooked but still good. I thought the potato salad was tasty but the beans a bit bland. All in all, a good, filling meal for the price. Our server was great, attentive, and friendly. We stop here everytime we are in Chillicothe.

Best place I've been to in a while. Truly a hidden gem. Had 1/2 lb cheeseburger. Added no condiments because we didn't need to. Grilled cheese with fried bologna, fried mushrooms, Carl's chips with chili and cheese, and coleslaw. Everything was delicous. Service was excellent. Staff and other customers treated us as if we were regulars. If I had one complaint it would be the cabbage in the coleslaw was cut almost to a mince. I just prefer stringer pieces.

The food is usually amazing, but service is spotty - I've lost track of the number of times I've left without being waited on. Happened again today (August 15, about 4:10) - sat at a table for several minutes, never saw any wait staff. Other customers were obviously waiting to order or pay their bill, so I left. Probably not going back.
