Our family has eaten at this restaurant for years. It was our favorite chinese restaurant in Chillicoth. Imagine our disgust when we ate there this weekend and I found a roach cooked into my meal. It has been reported to the health department and our family will never eat at this restaurant ever again.

The lady with the glasses is very rudeThey had eggrolls and they're breaded meat uncovered near fryer for over 45min i know i checked my watch several times paid for my meal which was over priced because the food was awful so went home over 40 mins away and they forget my rice.so i figured let me eat this it could be great nope it wasn't not at allTurn around eat somewhere else trust me save your money

Food is always great. I have never had a problem with food or service. I Love their Chicken Pad Thai.
Everyone has their preference but China House has always been my favorite. It’s pricey but worth it for quality food. The last two orders though spread out in a month have been very dry. Hardly any sauce on the sesame chicken and dry rice. I really hope this isn’t how things will be done from now on, I may have to start finding somewhere else to dine.

Just a few concerns. Lady who answers the phone highly rude.When I called over I was told "do order online ". I did. Then I realized as I was paying the bill it was $4 more. $2.50 for deliver. 80 for doing catd on line and and charge for using a credit card. When it asked for tip I placed zero. The person obviously found it to be humorous when he pointed it out and i found it humorous you didn't realize people would review all the charges.

They have bad customer service I order the wrong thing and they completely said no remake when I completely just ask if they could give me something something different they were rude about so I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to eat here real talk

I had ordered sesame chicken and chicken fried rice to be delivered. I recieved plain rice, no flavor at all except for the strong taste of freezer burn and dirty cooking oil. It smelled as bad as it tasted. The sesame chicken lacked any flavor of garlic, ginger, soy or toasted sesame. There was none at all. What I recieved instead was re-heated orange chicken with a few cheap sesame seeds sprinkled on top with 4 small pieces of broccoli that were wilted and old. Will not be ordering from this place again unless drastic changes are made.
