Chipotle Mexican Grill

TLDR: heads up parents- no changing tables.

Stopped on a road trip with my family including two young kids. Burrito was mid at best and there was no changing table in either bathroom.

We were able to go somewhere else but I have to assume that a desperate parent or two had had to use a table. No wonder Chipotle has a reputation for making people sick.

It's a bit loud when it gets busy, but the decor is all metal so that's to be expected. Staff is friendly and doesn't short you on meat like a lot of places nowadays.

This location is trash. They short you on items, and don't ask for extra because you will not get it. I only go to this location because it's beside my work. I'll start driving to the other side of town from now on.

Its Chipotle. Its always good, but in recent months, its a bland experience. The food is never hot (we ate in), they ask you 6 times what you want in your bowl and cant remember the 3 things ahead. The prices keep going up. Nobody smiles, they act like they hate being at work. It would be great if it was an overall agreement with the family. The kids love it so we keep going.

Snaggle tooth lady was rude about everything , made me feel unwelcome and acted like I was a problem for being there

First and only time I've been to a Chipotle and did not like it. I didnt like the food and didnt eat more than one bite. I ask my server and manager if I could just not pay since I didnt eat it. I was told it was somehow my fault because I didnt like it. Very poor experience.

The one worker was having a bad attitude. Like she didn't want to be there. I asked for salsa on the side and she barely put any in the cup. And then tossed it across the counter and hit another worked with it. I won't be back first time I was there and last

This place was horrible food was terrible burnt chicken gave me half of a serving of rice the salsa had no flavor or the guac don’t come here bathroom was disgusting never come here

Ordered a steak bowl online and it literally didnt have any steak in it at all, I had to drive back after getting home and realizing. Honestly after talking to the workers it was obviously on purpose.

Edit : They did contact me and make it right with a free meal which I appreciate so I will leave the original review but change it to 3 stars to reflect the great customer service. Original review was one star.
