The one worker was having a bad attitude. Like she didn't want to be there. I asked for salsa on the side and she barely put any in the cup. And then tossed it across the counter and hit another worked with it. I won't be back first time I was there and last

Ordered a steak bowl online and it literally didnt have any steak in it at all, I had to drive back after getting home and realizing. Honestly after talking to the workers it was obviously on purpose.

Edit : They did contact me and make it right with a free meal which I appreciate so I will leave the original review but change it to 3 stars to reflect the great customer service. Original review was one star.

Orders a bowl online,when I got it,there was barely any food in it.And they didn’t put any forks or napkins in my bag.

I ordered a quesadilla. They dumped the quesadilla ingredients in a bowl and gave me a fork. Have ordered multiple bowls with double meat and they literally left out ingredients that I paid double for. This place is TRASH. Save your money or eat elsewhere.

Always quick service. Food always tastes fresh. That's beside the fact that chipotle is now cheap compared to how much food you get in a whole meal at another restaurant.

Food here has always been consistently good. This review is specifically regarding service on the evening of 10-19-24 around 8:00 pm. The woman working the food line with brownish hair in a braid and knuckle tattoos should be fired. Never have I ever been to a Chipotle and witnessed such awful customer service. No warm greeting (no greeting at all actually), visibly irritated, hostile energy, aggressively threw utensils in each bin, and had ZERO skills pertaining to the definition of what customer service means. Even her co-workers appeared uncomfortable working in her presence. If I were the general manager, I would be embarrassed to have that employee directly dealing with customers and tainting the work culture of the employees at this location.

Is there a bean shortage I'm not aware of? I watched the server ration out beans onto my tacos like the money was coming out of his own pocket. There was probably not more than five pinto beans on each of my tacos. That is not an exaggeration. They gave me a lot of guacamole, which is expensive, so why did I not get any beans?

Ordered takeout on like. Got home ate almost all of my bowl just to choke on something in the bowl... a dead bug. ( I googled the bugs image to see what it was) A grasshopper. I guess I won't be coming back and I normally always love it here.

Same if not higher prices. Second time now skimping on the portions in front of me with no shame. I am not on a diet, thanks. Done with this place.
