I swear every time I place an order to pick up through the drive-thru, they always skimp on the chicken. Every time I get a bowl I always get double chicken. For some reason if I don't come in and have them make it right in front of me, I always get screwed.

I placed my order online for a pickup inside. I go in and my order is in fact not on the shelf. I decided to sit down and wait for a minute to see if anyone noticed me waiting. Everyone ignores me and keeps helping other customers. After 35 minutes I finally walk up to the cashier and ask her about my order. This isn't the first time this has happened.

InconsistentI do an online order and they won’t give you vinaigrette through the drive thru. Sometimes they do! I asked can you put it in a bag and hand it to me? No they can’t. So have to park… walk inside.. and they hand to me. With no bag. Pretty confusing.
