I pick up here at least once a week. Friendly people and good service. Wednesday evenings are usually busier than normal for some reason though.

I'm pretty sure my family thinks that chipotle is it's own food group. It's a fan favorite for sure. Everyone has their thing that they love from there. Mine is the chicken quesadilla.

Just wanted to post a shout out to Katelyn (hope I spelled her name correctly). She is very nice and a sweet young lady. She wasn't clocked in, she kindly offered help to carry out my food and drinks since they were out of drink carrier at the time.

Ordered pickup. They weren't busy. Waited until pickup time, they didn't start on order until after I asked and looked at me like they had no intention on starting it. Food though.

By far the slowest pick up line I've ever seen. Line wrapped around the building, wait 45 minutes to get my food. I ordered for a pick up timem

This is absolutely pathetic. Literally one piece of meat in the tacos. Less than half of the double meat I ordered and paid for in the bowl. I'll never go back to a Chillicothe Chipotle.

Let me tell you, I’m a big Chipotle fan but most of the stores have fallen off. This store does it right, they actually know how to cook chips (how do the others struggle with this?) and do a great job.

Definitely one of the best Chipotle's. They're always nice, and the food has always been good!! I will drive right passed the Bridge Street one to go to Western Ave, it's worth the drive.

Food was old and looked dirty on the counter. Service was good. Had a guy hook me up with good portions but at the end of the day, the meat was cold.

30 minutes late on a 2 bowl order, ridiculous. Drive thru 10 cars deep, we go in to get it and they said we had to wait when there was no line inside. Worst experience at a chipotle and I see the reviews only getting worse.
