Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is absolutely pathetic. Literally one piece of meat in the tacos. Less than half of the double meat I ordered and paid for in the bowl. I'll never go back to a Chillicothe Chipotle.

Let me tell you, I’m a big Chipotle fan but most of the stores have fallen off. This store does it right, they actually know how to cook chips (how do the others struggle with this?) and do a great job.

Definitely one of the best Chipotle's. They're always nice, and the food has always been good!! I will drive right passed the Bridge Street one to go to Western Ave, it's worth the drive.

Food was old and looked dirty on the counter. Service was good. Had a guy hook me up with good portions but at the end of the day, the meat was cold.

30 minutes late on a 2 bowl order, ridiculous. Drive thru 10 cars deep, we go in to get it and they said we had to wait when there was no line inside. Worst experience at a chipotle and I see the reviews only getting worse.

My daughter and I, placed an order online then when we arrived, I placed an additional order for my son. The difference was I went in to get his order. When we got back to the car, I noticed the 2 chicken steak bowls we ordered online had almost no rice hardly any vegetables or cheese, in either one of them.
My sons, however, that I went in and chose myself, was amazingly full!
This isn’t the first time it’s happened. It makes me question chipotles honesty when not in front of the customer. 🤔
Is it something I should be concerned about and let others know as well?

They are coming back on portion sizes, I barely got any meat in my burrito. And for the price it has gotten way too expensive for what you get. Definitely not like it used to be in the early 2000's

I have been to this location many times since it opened. I have not had a bad experience yet. Tonight, I showed up to pick up my ordered through the app, a single bowl. It wasn’t ready at the pickup time, it’ll be another 10-15 minutes. Okay, no problem.

I drive away and come back about 13 minutes later. I tell the employee my name again, she turns around and doesn’t say a word. I think “okay she’s probably grabbing it” nope, doesn’t come back for 10 minutes while people are lined in the drive thru, one guys parked sideways blocking people from leaving, but at least I got it.

“Thank you so much.” I say. Nothing. Crickets, the door closes and I just laugh, driving home.
I arrive to my home. I’m laughing, I’m crying, I’m praying to everything I can that my food isn’t messed up….

That’s when I see it. I pull out the bowl and what do I see on the lid… it takes me a minute to read it, it’s written just as horribly as the customer service I received…. Finally I can understand it.

“Out of corn sorry” my world shattered in that instant. I was a heaping pile on my floor. Sobbing and crying and shaking. But then, I thought of something. This location always gives me this cute little fork and some napkins although I don’t request them. It’s the nicest little gift you could ever receive.

Somehow, I pick myself up. My hand shaking on the counter as I lift my body from the hardwood floor. I pull out the chips, they feel heavy. Good. Then I reach down hoping to god above that I’ll feel that sweet plastic stabbing my finger, giving me the little bit of feeling I could have at that moment….. there was nothing. It was at that moment I knew, the people working at this location tonight need remedial training or worse…. Expelled.

Was Chipotle as advertised... But when did it start costing $100 to feed a family. The staff was doing their job. The building itself is new so again, as expected.

Love it

This location is routinely out of food for walk ins. It is never busy when i stop in. Yet the work station is usually filthy. Service is often unfriendly and seemingly without management. I almost always go to the bridge st location clear across town because visiting this location is so frustrating. If this keeps up. There will be another Wendy's in this location in the next couple of years.
