First time stopping at the Chillicothe location and they were amazing!
The employees are so nice, can’t remember who I spoke to but I was running late for my order because I got stuck in line at TJMaxx and she and her coworkers were just so sweet.

*Update- they changed this and it is now a lot better! I take what I said back lol* Everything is pretty good except the way they make you line up and wait is redundant and a waste of time
