My family and I always love going to get a sweet treat here and there. When we do we expect to get what we pay for! This location used to be great. If I could give zero stars I would! The last several times we have gotten blizzards. Asked and paid for extra cotton candy in our blizzards. There have been maybe just a few pieces. The last time we actually brought it to their attention after several times of this happening. The “manager” said she measured it and it was in there. I assure you. It was not. Nor is it ever. She did nothing to resolve the issue and sent us on our way. Do better Dairy Queen. Your management is awful.

Asked for a double cheeseburger with onion only get a bacon cheeseburger with onion and ketchup hamburger was so old and tough threw food out window it's a shame to pay $10 for a nasty sandwich......so there is no second chance for 1st impressions lost my business 💯

Terrible service. Stopped by on our way through the area. Paid over $80 and requested dessert at the same timeas our food. They did not give it to us all at once and made other people's orders before finishing ours, even after we once again asked to please have our blizzards. So, my kids who dip their fries in their blizzard, had cold fries. And the fries were about half the amount of any other Dairy Queen we have been to. It was not a short wait and they offered nothing to compensate. I worked in fast food many years and always, always, management would have done something to "fix" a situation rather than getting rude with a customer for expecting decent service.

Went ordered 3 milkshakes and ended up getting 2 blizzards and didn’t even get my other one I ordered and all the manger could say was “im sorry” and wasn’t even givin a lid for my blizzard that I didn’t even order

You know, we my kiddo asked to add mustard and pickles, I don’t think he expected for the burger to be literally dripping in mustard or to have 11 pickle slices. The staff were flat out rude because we got there 19 minutes before closing, which we did not realize was the case. While I can understand feeling frustrated by customers who appear to be jerks, it is always better to assume positive intent and not that an individual or family are intentionally attempting to ruin your evening. Our 4 meals were all nearly inedible due to disintegrating buns due to toppings. My fault for not checking before we drove back home, still unacceptable to ruin someone’s purchase because they didn’t arrive at a time when you felt they should have.

Chicken strip baskets are always good. Chicken, Fries, Toast and gravy are always spot on.They were really busy my last visit. She told me she burnt the fries had to drop new and gave three free blizzard coupons despite the food being ready sooner than I expected. My experiences have always been very positive here so they have earned my repeat business despite the prices being slightly higher here.
