Pizza was like jerky. I bought 3 large 2 topping Pizzas for pickup to take to my grandbabies in Kingston. I WISH I HAD LOOKED AT THEM BEFORE I GOT TO MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE. They were unbeatable!!!! Even the kids wouldn't eat them.

I just got my first pizza from domino's in several years. They have a pan pizza now. Well it had no taste whats so ever . It looked good enough. Had plenty of toppings on it. Basically no sauce. So nothing there to taste. And the toppings had no taste either . I've never had had such a bland tasting pizza ever. Save money and get a frozen pizza . They are better.

Last night I bought 2 pizzas. Pepperoni and sausage. When I got home (10 miles away and I wasn’t going back) I was surprised to find the worst pizza I’ve ever had from dominos. They are using scant amounts of cheese and skimpy portions on the toppings. It was like ketchup on toast. I won’t be back and I’d recommend going elsewhere for pizza.

I placed an order and they refused to deliver it because I asked them to walk down the drive way so their car would have an easier time getting out . I have ordered from here multiple times and never had this issue. They claimed their “general manager” told them this but like I said had food delivered multiple times and they’ve never had a problem until now

I've ordered quite a few pizzas and all pizzas need more cheese. And no I'm not paying for extra cheese . I don't want extra " I tried that". I just want enough to cover the pizza.

Ordered 4 pizzas, 3 of which came correct. The 4th was nothing but a plain cheese pizza, when in the order- including on the receipt- it was supposed to have pepperoni and hot sauce. It had neither. Again, it was a plain cheese.
So I put in a report about it being wrong, and am presented with Two options: Either get 20% off next order, or 60 points towards a free pizza- which btw, does not include delivery charges or anything- but said points won’t be available for 48 HOURS.
Yeah, GREAT system there, Dominos. 🙄

My whole family loves domino's, specifically the one on consumer drive in Chillicothe ohio. My husband and I always get the chicken habanero baked sandwiches. My kids love the cheesy bread and the cheesy tots. The customer service is always very friendly and helpful and polite. The food on pick-up or delivery has always been hot and fresh and made in time. All the workers are very friendly and work well together. And the restaurant inside has always kept very clean and they immediately greet you with a smile no matter how busy they are with a big smile and a friendly hello. Over all this domino's is by far our families favorite to eat at or delivery.
Parking: It's directly adjacent from other restaurants and a small shopping mall with a huge parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: I have a 3 years old and an 18 month old. When they have been with me , they take the time to walk the order out to me so I don't have to get both of My younge children out. But they've also been very patient with me and the kids when we've ate inside the restaurant.
Ordered pizza on a Saturday when they opened for a birthday party. The young caller answered by saying "dominos we "literally" just opened what can we get for you" with a tone. First of all RUDE. Second of all, maybe don't open so early i guess and schedule grumpy whiny boys on top of it lol.
Only giving stars because the older gentleman apologized for his coworkers crap attack. So thank you.

Worse thin crust pizza ever. Pizza was hard and cold. Restaurant only had young nasty kids working . They were rude and said we could call the manager in the morning but would not give their name. So dissatisfied. So sad!

Late on a Sunday night and we were having trouble figuring out where to go for food. Thought pizza sounded good, and as we were heading south on Bridge we decided to try Domino's on a whim. All I can say is Domino's has really Upped their game. Their "ExtravaganZZa" pizza (added jalapeño) was EPIC and even the crust was seasoned. I might add the hand-tossed crust is light and airy, crispy on the outside and doughy inside. I also ordered a "build your own pasta" which was delicious too. Highly recommend.
