Ordered food for dinner. Only received part of my order. When I called they said they dropped it and had to remake it. Why would you send out a partial order. 2 people told me 2 different things, it was a lie. Then they said they would send it out. Surprise, it never came. I called them back and they put me on hold for 20min, I called with my work phone and they picked up right away to take my order. Now they won't give me my money back. I think they are embarrassed I called them out on there lies.

Just wanted to say thank you to Lauren and Hailey for going above and beyond with their customer service last night. For whatever reason, my phone did not receive either of their calls (they both left voicemail messages I also failed to see). Once I realized the pizza was “taking too long”, I reached out to the store and Lauren explained what happened. I offered to drive and pick up the pizza due to the inconvenience but Lauren let me know it was no big deal and that Hailey would be over shortly. Hailey arrived quickly and the pizza was great! Thank you ladies!!

We ordered the pizza while we were 15 minutes away. We got here. Both pizzas were done hot and ready and they were delicious. Not to mention if you buy it online you get 50% off. So we got two pizzas for like 19 bucks

Pizza was like jerky. I bought 3 large 2 topping Pizzas for pickup to take to my grandbabies in Kingston. I WISH I HAD LOOKED AT THEM BEFORE I GOT TO MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE. They were unbeatable!!!! Even the kids wouldn't eat them.

I just got my first pizza from domino's in several years. They have a pan pizza now. Well it had no taste whats so ever . It looked good enough. Had plenty of toppings on it. Basically no sauce. So nothing there to taste. And the toppings had no taste either . I've never had had such a bland tasting pizza ever. Save money and get a frozen pizza . They are better.

Last night I bought 2 pizzas. Pepperoni and sausage. When I got home (10 miles away and I wasn’t going back) I was surprised to find the worst pizza I’ve ever had from dominos. They are using scant amounts of cheese and skimpy portions on the toppings. It was like ketchup on toast. I won’t be back and I’d recommend going elsewhere for pizza.

I placed an order and they refused to deliver it because I asked them to walk down the drive way so their car would have an easier time getting out . I have ordered from here multiple times and never had this issue. They claimed their “general manager” told them this but like I said had food delivered multiple times and they’ve never had a problem until now
