Got there for lunch around 2pm doors was locked called was told they didn't open dining room because they got behind but dining room was supose to be open yet still never came an unlocked door.. nobody there in parking lot an workers sitting at tables. Horrible service!!!

I pulled in and asked one of the workers when the doors will open she said 11. sat and waited for 30 minutes for them to open the doors at 11:00, and a different worker told me it would be another 30-40 minute wait and was rude. This is the second time I’ve had this done to me this place is a joke!

I went into this Donatos today and was treated with THE BEST customer service that I've ever experienced. The cashier was amazing, the food was perfect, the restaurant was exceptionally clean. I have zero complaints and I will definitely return. Thanks Donatos!! I love this location!!💯💪🏾🫶🏾😁

This pizza shop consistently delivers delicious pies with the perfect balance of toppings and a well-cooked crust. However, I've noticed some occasional inconsistencies. While most of my orders have been flawless, there have been a few instances where the pizza was slightly overdone or the flavor profile wasn't quite as expected. Overall, it's still a great place for pizza, but I'd appreciate a bit more consistency.

This was first time I used app to order and found everything worked out well. The staff in Chillicothe was outstanding. My meal was ready on time and everyone made sure I had everything I needed making our evening worry free. Very nice staff. I was greeted upon entry and they brought out the food quickly. Food tasted great. Overall, this was a great experience and would recommend this location as a definite stop for a good food and service.
Delivery driver left food where it wasn’t supposed to be delivered, food was cold and soggy. I will never order from them again. I don’t recommend anything.
They definitely need more help in the kitchen..The MEN need to take up for the woman workers when angry male and female customers yelling obscene and unnecessary @ female workers.. That's unexceptional. Thank you.

Got our food and didn’t have our chips or ranch dressing. Called back and they said we would get them soon got here fast but was booming music loudly in our neighborhood while it was after midnight and had a newborn baby asleep in the house. Gave us the stuff we were missing and said the ranch should of been taped to the box because he even taped it to the box basically accusing us of lying over ranch and there was no ranch very rude driver. After they left and we started eating we realized the “boneless wings” were not actually boneless at all.

We didn't go inside so "Atmosphere" is neutral. Service at the window was slow, but the lady was really nice. Food was not good at all. We got a Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The sauce tasted weird and most the pizza went to waste.
