my boyfriend, best friend and i came here today. we came to get iced pumpkin lattes but whoever was working told us they were all out. we needed time to make a decision so we asked for a moment. 12 seconds later she snapped at us, asking if there’s something she can help us with, so we made a decision, taken a back. they were extremely rude at the window, and my bfs latte was literally a small latte poured into a big cup w ice. we were totally jipped and didn’t appreciate the attitude.

Not trying to be a lame customer, but bow Im sad because I dont even like the drinks and Im pregnant so drinking something I can keep down is crucial… Wasted $9.00 today :((

Dunkin isn't a great place to begin with, but my kids wanted some donuts. Service was horrible, and the donuts were bland and dry. Had a lady with tattoos and a nose ring. She was so dopey and lazy. I asked her for some donut holes. And she looked at me like I had a hole in the head. Will not be returning here.

Highly disappointed in the drink and food I received i expected the strawberry dragonfuit reshresher to taste delicious but immediately brought dissatisfaction and then I went to attempt to enjoy my food and my hash browns were burnt so overall my experience was not the best

You can tell Patrick is gone. Food quality took a big down hill turn. Cold Brew is never made right. So much inconsistently between morning and nights. I was with a friend and when we pulled up to the speaker I wasnt greated I was very rudely asked what do you want.

I’m normally not the type to complain at all but this was such an awful experience. I’ve worked fast food and as a barista before, so I understand a rush, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered the first time and the cashier got my order wrong, which was fine no big deal, I asked if there was a way that I could just pay the difference to get my hash brown load because that’s the way I order them, the lady making food just gave me attitude and said “you’re gonna have to ask the person to order with. Does it look like I’m on cash register right now.” At this point, I had already waited 10 minutes for my order the first time. After I order the second time, I waited at least another 10 minutes. There was two employees sitting down on their phone and one employee eating. Three of them are on their phone, And there’s a drive-through line wrapping around the building. I was also very grossed out to that. Nobody was wearing gloves or washing their hands before preparing food or drinks. I’ve been to this Dunkin many times, but have never been this disappointed in this service I received.
First impression, VERY rude! The women taking my order had no idea what she was doing. No smile no greeting nothing! She got both coffee orders wrong then got upset they were wrong. The manger at the time was rude and disrespectful. Do better Dunkin!

The workers here are unprofessional, touching food without gloves, putting food back into the case after taking it out of my bag with bare hands because they gave me the wrong item. They’re not very friendly either. The coffee I got had coffee grounds in it too. I don’t know why they’re so busy because the food isn’t even that good
