First impression, VERY rude! The women taking my order had no idea what she was doing. No smile no greeting nothing! She got both coffee orders wrong then got upset they were wrong. The manger at the time was rude and disrespectful. Do better Dunkin!

The workers here are unprofessional, touching food without gloves, putting food back into the case after taking it out of my bag with bare hands because they gave me the wrong item. They’re not very friendly either. The coffee I got had coffee grounds in it too. I don’t know why they’re so busy because the food isn’t even that good

Only reason you go here is convince. You can't sit there and tell me the donuts are just amazing that's false. Dry as can be it's like putting a cup of flour in your mouth and trying to chew it. They're open at 6am but they are too lazy to open the inside as well so you have just a drive thru. And the drive through and parking lot are so narrow it causes traffic on western Ave like crazy with people waiting to turn in. Stop being lazy and open the inside or at least put a sign up like every other place that has inside hours and drive thru hours. Crispie Cream definitely 100x better. Not krispie Kream it's *crispie cream*
At the speaker I ordered a hot chai latte. She rung it up as iced I politely requested the hot chai latte. She brought me back a hot cup and I didn’t realize until I drove away that she’d poured the iced latter into the cup minus the ice and just added foam it was cold.

Great service and crew. They were swamped. A lot of cars in the drive through and area. An accident happened with two vehicles on the highway in front of DQ. One worker stopped to call 911, then her and two others went to assist and see if everyone was okay or needed help. While the rest of the crew worked extra hard to maintain great customer service and keep the business thriving. When you care about the people more than the money. The money will flow in, the people both customers and employees morale will improve and it will radiate throughout the business as well. Thank you for your time and all that they do!
