Great service and crew. They were swamped. A lot of cars in the drive through and area. An accident happened with two vehicles on the highway in front of DQ. One worker stopped to call 911, then her and two others went to assist and see if everyone was okay or needed help. While the rest of the crew worked extra hard to maintain great customer service and keep the business thriving. When you care about the people more than the money. The money will flow in, the people both customers...
Placed mobile order for pickup in the drive thru. Handed out my drink but my bagel was not ready. Asked me to pull forward and they would bring it out. Sat in my car for 5 minutes then walked in. It was ready but none of the 6 employees brought it out. At least they looked busy. Little frustrated that I had to wait so long.
This was our first time at Dunkins and the atmosphere was nice. We got a mocha midnight coffee and a mocha iced coffee, both were very good. We also got a couple of the donut hole skewers and a half dozen donuts They weren't stale and had a good flavor. They also have a rewards program which is nice. We will definitely continue stopping by when we are in the area. ? ☕
