Fifty West Brewing Company- Chillicothe

WARNING ** I visited 50 West with a friend from high school I haven't seen in years I've never been to this place before I was there on the 23rd of FEBRUARY I spent $55, just to check my bank account and realize they had taken out another$ 50 to put on hold it's now March 7TH and the $50 is still on hold so I called 50 West and they said there's nothing they can do about it that they are not the ones that put it on hold even though my bank account specifically says 50 West. I would advise you use cash if you're going to go here the food isn't even that great but if you use a debit or credit card they will put a hold on it and then NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY.

A wonderful local brewery. The beer is excellent. The food is great. The staff are amazing. If you're looking for the perfect place to come and just relax and have a good time, this is the place.

Dude we just had the best meal of our lives. I got the WV burger with loaded fries. Ordered from DoorDash and everything was fresh and hot. We have had 50 West many times but someone put their foot in this one (Not literally)!!!! The burgers go so crazy I could eat 8 in one sitting. And I don’t mind paying a couple extra bucks for REAL FOOD that tastes better than any other burger joint in Chillicothe. The fry sauce is a must. I ❤️ you, fifty west. Keep doing tha dam thing.

Burgers were great, loaded fries were great. Everything was super fast. The IPAs and Sours were on point. The other beers meh. Service was good.

They've made their already marvelous burgers bigger and better than my last visit.

We stumbled across this brewery needing a bite and a brew while staying at a nearby B&B. We were charmed by the old fashioned soda fountain atmosphere. Don’t let it fool ya, nothing artificially flavored here! The barkeep proudly informed us that all is freshly prepared in the kitchen! The smash like burgers, which is what they are known for, are made up of tastes from states along traveling 50 coast to coast. We tried the West VA - apple butter on a burger?! Yup! Really good, too. The beer was just as excellent. I am partial to IpAs, so the two I tried were just as good as that burger. My man enjoyed the pale ale, as well. Check out the old bank vault where the swag is now kept when you go in! It’s way cool! The guys behind the bar will take good care of you!

Sometimes the burgers are hit or miss, (usually hit), and I'm not really an IPA kinda guy, but I can't really say I've ever had a bad experience at 50West

Passing through headed home from vacation and so glad we stopped. The food was delicious. The burgers are great and I thought unique. They offered shakes and floats for the kids. The lady that brought out the food was nice. The bartender (glasses and beard- if that narrows it down?) was very nice and helpful. And a patron at the bar that seemed to know people was nice to chat with. Loved the 4 that I tried. That strawberry ? one ?!!! And I can’t wait to try the Banana Nut bread one I brought home!!!

Our bartender Aaron was fully engaged! The Colorado option for the sandwiches was perfectly spicy and everything was hot & fresh. The On Course Berliner was about as lemony as I've ever had, and it was awesome. Great experience in a great space!
