Much better than most locations of this chain. Got a lemon pepper fish sandwich (LTO) and highly recommend. Drive thru staff at 2pm were super friendly. You can get flavorings in your soda at the drive thru.

We ate off the buffet the pancakes were hard the sausage was hard to chew. The eggs were cold. Overall the only thing we liked was the hot Fudge cake but there was not much hot Fudge on top.

The waitress was beyond rude.!!They DO NOT offer to mention to bundle your items they just do everything separate. While asking her about this she just walked away. Never ask us if we needed refills or anything about the cold food we was served.!!When she walked away she went to where they wait for food and get drinks talking about what we just asked her.!!When we spoke to the “GM” about this she moreless called me stupid.!! Raised her voice very annoyed that we didn’t just know “how they do things”..THIS IS THE WORST ENCOUNTER EVER WITH ANY MANAGEMENT .!!..

I was informed that this is a franchise location, therefore they benefit from the advertising but they don't conform to the model... they still have Pepsi products and the new advertised sandwich costed almost $2.⁰⁰ more.
