make sure you check your pizzas before you leave and drive an hour round-trip because if it’s not right, they won’t fix it unless you drive another hour round-trip to come sit and wait half an hour for them to fix another one even with picture proof that it’s made wrong. They will not issue you a credit which is poor customer service.

It has been a while since I ordered from Giovanni's, as I had a previous experience there that wasn't impressive. However, I do believe the issue would have been fixed had I spoke up. This aside, the pizza is really good, baked to perfection, and while it might cost more than somewhere else at times, it really is worth every scent spent for their pizza. As an aside, my friend's sub sandwich also looked borderline divine.

Cute place. Great food. The pizza was delicious. It was a bit greasy, but I dont mind a greasy pizza. Im not a local, but I wish we had one near columbus. Requested it crispy and did not disappoint. Wish I would've tried some more menu items. If you are in Chillicothe, stop by and try it out.

I ordered a pizza online and paid for it. Once I got there the nice lady that greeted me informed me that it was bogo and asked if I wanted another that it would only be 5 mins or so. Great pizza and people. Highly recommend

The food is always amazing... the best wings around! We placed an order for pick up by phone on my husband's birthday, and the employees sang to him when he picked it up simply because his mom mentioned it! It made our day, and the food was once again delicious!
