HoneyBaked Ham Holiday Express

I picked up some sliced ham today along with some ham salad. The ham salad was advertised for $5, which I really appreciated, but it was rung up the regular price of $10.39. I didn't realize this until I got home. Hopefully I can get credit.
I wrote the email site given to me, but they were not able to help. I will stop at the store today.

At Christmas, my husband ordered honey baked ham slices. My husband was given smoked turkey, and was not aware of the error until we opened the package on Christmas day. Customer service was called and a complaint was passed along to the store. The store did not respond.

The Chillicothe store does not sell whole dinners.thats why you can’t order them.they have there hams and turkey delivered from Columbus.they do not have an oven to make meals.it is only a walk-in and pick up store.they don’t take orders.

It would be nice if they were open more often.

I love their hams, but they have such inconsistent hours that it makes it difficult to shop here.They also do not have a phone number to call and make a reservation for a ham dinner.I believe they are only open on the week before the holidays.I really hate that it is so difficult to place an order. Even the web page is difficult to navigate, and overall, unless you stop into the store, you're not getting a ham.
