Terrible experience! Ordered 18in direct from website 42 dollars! Hooks choose to have delivered by DoorDash. Pizza was delivered on its side half of it turned upside down, all smashed. Called and was told by young girl it was not their responsibility. I asked for manager. He told me it was door dashes fault and they would do nothing. I said, I ordered from Hooks website and paid Hooks site, if you choose to use a 3rd party for delivery it's your responsibility. He hung up on...read full review
