I’m a pizza fanatic. And I’ve Never been disappointed with hooks! I’m telling you this is crispy, thin crust HEAVEN. I also called late near close and for some restaurants that means you don’t get the best quality. NOT HOOKS!!! Hot and fresh. Best pizza in Chillicothe. Try the buffalo chicken!!!

The food is generally great but why did they switch their menu pictures with ai pizza that doesn’t even look real? I can’t support this weird false advertising when this clearly fake ai pizza looks nothing at all like what you actually get

Cute convienent spot, pleasant people and speedy service. I'm picky about my pizza and this place hits all marks for me. Great crust, fluffy and crisp. The different size options for their pizzas makes a good spread. They also have sandwiches, wings, and ice cream! I got their burger pizza and wow! So freaking good dude.

Called a hour and 30 minutes before close and a extremely rude younger lady told us how they aren’t accepting orders and hung up on us. We quit ordering here because of this because if she can be that uncaring with us I’m sure it may reflect with the pizza being served to us.

We had car trouble and got there 9 min after they closed. The woman was so busy lecturing us about what time they closed and being a general b---h that she forgot our salads and our drink. Maybe next time don't answer the phone after 830 and take orders. The food was great, with the exception of the salads and drink. I've never been treated badly before, so yea WOW. And it most certainly is true!

Terrible experience! Ordered 18in direct from website 42 dollars! Hooks choose to have delivered by DoorDash. Pizza was delivered on its side half of it turned upside down, all smashed. Called and was told by young girl it was not their responsibility. I asked for manager. He told me it was door dashes fault and they would do nothing. I said, I ordered from Hooks website and paid Hooks site, if you choose to use a 3rd party for delivery it's your responsibility. He hung up on me! When I called back, the same young girl answered and said, call Monday at 10 when owner is here. And hung up on me. Will never give this uncaring, irresponsible store another chance.
