Was so excited so go cus we hadn’t been in a few years , very BIG disappointment, waitress seemed on something kinda out there , brought our food in portions I was supposed to get stuff on my waffles she said she go get it necer did come back my waffle got cold and soggy waiting , place was dirty and just not welcoming, we won’t go back !!!!!

Y’all. This place is GROSS. Nasty is an understatement. We haven’t been since before the C0v!d shut down and it truly looks like it (and the staff) hasn’t been cleaned since before then.🤢
Literally odor of skank when you walk thru the front doors. Grime and crud on EVERY single surface you see. The floors are disgusting and our feet were sticking to them. The booth and table made me not want to sit down.

bad morning at IHOP !!!
ordered country steak and eggs... taste old and freezer burnt... even the coffee was burnt like they left it on and just tried to make it work by just adding water.. I give it a 1.5 out of 10
they did get my toast order right...(DRY)
