They never have what I go there to order and the app doesn't help at this location. Why you got no chicken and it's dinner time?
This store in Chillicothe, Ohio is the worst managed store ever been too! They always say 30-45 minute wait or they just simply don’t have chicken, I got chicken 1 time out of my last 4 visits to drive through at different times of the day! Find a manager or close the business!
Terrible experience. Ordered (2) 5 piece meals one with coleslaw and mashed potatoes, the other with double fries. Had to wait by the side of the building for the fries. 3 other cars lined up while we were waiting at the side. Finally got the food, came home and it was a completely different order!
