We door dashed and it was 50 dollars the chicken tasted old and not even all the way done we called and the guy was a total jerk will not be eating. There ever again and the jetk wanted us to bring it all the way back in we live on the country and we door dashed to stay out of town

The last two times I have went through the drive thru the employees were obviously annoyed by my small order of a diet coke and famous bowl. The food is okay but nothing to write home about. Rude all around.

Staff are extremely rude. Made a mistake during pick up order, and asked if they'd be able to fix it. That's it. No demanding or yelling, just selected the wrong sizes for sides and I wanted to see if they'd put it in a new container. Instead of just being told no, I have three people in the backing yelling about how they just made that order. I told them they made it correctly and just wanted to know if they could correct MY mistake. More yelling from the three in the back, and finally "JUST GIVE IT TO THEM " A woman comes up, grabs my sides and just throws them in the trash. All while another older woman in the back is slamming containers and muttering. Never coming back again, this and being told they ran out of chicken. Save your wallet and your peace. Order somewhere else or cook it yourself.

This location should shut down or hire a completely new staff. I ordered a Mac and Cheese bowl, it barely had anything in it. I called to talk to the manager and she told me she will only replace it tonight and no other time, I live 25 minutes from this location, this is the WORST customer service I have ever had and I will never return here.

Charge for sauce then put cornbread on receipt Wrong and only one pk of honey per employee. Like chicken but staff needs att. U will loose one customer at a time in this small town Good luck

Would give more but apparently they're too cheap and rude. Why have a restaurant when half of the stock is gone by 5 every day? Shouldn't be open if they can't be stocked.
Edit 3:50 am the next day Employees were absolutely terrible, interrupted me when I started taking my order and I think I got sick from the food. #shutdownkfc Will for sure report to the health department if things don't change.

Won’t be doing any doordashes from here. So miserable at there job that they take it out on us dashers. By treating us like garbage. Technically we are the customer and should be treated as such. We don’t make enough to be treated like garbage.
