Rude staff. They got my order wrong tried to tell me I was wrong bc they messed up. Old lady in the drive thru seemed irritated with her job even though she’s had many years to pick a different one. The employees here are lazy and incompetent. If I owned this franchise I’d fire the entire lot and start fresh because they lose business over it and the drive thru is always empty.

This was the worst employee I have ever encountered at any restaurant. Older heavy set guy told the lady in front of me to leave if she didn't like it. Was rude with me through condiments at we when I bothered him asking. If I hadn't already ordered and paid I'd left also. The food was old greasy and cold. Do not waste your time, money, or well being on this location.

Fruit punch was out. They said it's been out for months. The chicken was dry, and the biscuits were hard.

This restaurant never fails to disappoint. The food was actually fresh and hot today but the service continues to need work. The drive thru guy finally came to the front counter to take my order and acted like it was an inconvenience for him. This same person needs to have a uniform that actually fits him. His stomach and rear end were visible the entire time I watched him assembling orders. Management needs replaced. They have no care about the success of their franchise.

Cashier rude, got the order wrong. Waited several weeks, tried again. Got home, found order wrong again and they need to change the name to KFP, Kentucky Fried Pigeon. I've never seen chicken that small. Called manager, tried to complain, she hung up on me. The city should close this joint, it gives Chillicothe a bad name...

Employees are rude! Dining room is always closed. They can’t take two orders at one time. Chicken is always a 45 minute wait. It’s always something every visit. I honestly don’t know how this place stays open. If you’re going on your lunch, I would go elsewhere.

I went through the drive thru and she was very rude. Would talk over me and not let me order. I asked a question she got upset. Very bad customer service. Food was cold when I received it.

Tried to go through the drive thru. First thing I hear in a rude voice “I’ll be with you when I can “ then she huffed . Absolutely will never come back . There wasn’t even anyone ahead of me so not sure why no good customer service was given .

My wife and I come here about once or twice a year just to see if the service has improved. Sadly, we just attempted again and the food is cold. Every time we come here there is something wrong with our food. No really... every. Single. Time. I cant speak for management this time around, but the service in the past has been terrible. Really hope KFC gets it together. I used to love it as a kid. I think its just Chillicothe. That mead air is getting to them.

Every time I go there after 8:30 p.m. they act like it is an issue to drop chicken for chicken sandwiches there's always an excuse on why they can't. Normally their excuse is that their chicken patties breasts are frozen but yet they're frozen when you drop them in the fryer anyway😂

Ordering through the KFC app is hardly worth any rewards or benefits. Be prepared to show your order number from the app when you go in to pick up your order. One of the reasons I like to order via apps is that it reduces the chances of my order being misunderstood or keyed in incorrectly. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean your order still won't be messed up. At this location, you're better off just going through the drive thru and using the very generous coupons KFC sends in the mail instead of messing with the app.
