Ordering through the KFC app is hardly worth any rewards or benefits. Be prepared to show your order number from the app when you go in to pick up your order. One of the reasons I like to order via apps is that it reduces the chances of my order being misunderstood or keyed in incorrectly. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean your order still won't be messed up. At this location, you're better off just going through the drive thru and using the very generous coupons...

Arrived in the store and wasn't greeted until 10 or more minutes after standing at the counter. Ordered our food. Part of the order came out, was told it would be just a few minutes for my famous bowl. Sat down and waited for a while for my food. My friends were almost done with their meals and I had yet to receive mine. Went back up and had to ask for it. I understand drive-thru is important but so are your dine-in guests.

I had walked quite some distance to meet a friend and of course it was blistering hot. Ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets combo and overall the meal was fantastic. Customer service was great and I had the dining area to myself. The only drawback was there were several tables that needed cleaned. Other than that Chillicothe KFC rocks ????

Parking: The parking lot here is actually pretty big compared to the size of the restaurant. Plenty of space to maneuver...
