Definitely very friendly and quick service The lady at the register was Autumn in the Long John silver Chillicothe Ohio store number 70040 is it 12-18-25 at 2:06 p.m. Definitely need to give us back our mac and cheese and the french fries we used to have. While I was in the store at least six of us were asking for the mac and cheese and she was very polite about it but she can't give us something you don't still have there.

I like Long John silvers. I go thru this drive thru way more frequently than I should because I'm a Pepsi drinker and few fast food places offer Pepsi products. I'm also a shrimp fan.

Love the food but at 8:50 the doors are locked. Both the door and website say 10pm. They could at least put a sign up. Found out the drive thru was open. We were the only car. They STILL messed up our order.

Food wasn't up to par. My 3 little shrimp were overcooked, small and tough. Never again r we going there. COLE slaw was too sweet. FRIed fish had a bad taste to it.
I've gotten take out from here a few times and it is always wonderful. The food is great. The workers are amazing. Cassie and Kane had incredible attitudes. The restaurant is always clean and really nice- especially for a long johns. My favorites were the hush puppies and chicken, but the cheese cake is amazing too. I really wish they would bring back Mac n cheese, but that is a problem for the company as a whole. This location can't bring it back no matter how many times I complain to the friendly associate, Kane. All of the staff is excellent and I am glad I stopped in that first time so I can get my fill of crispies and cheesecake.

If you want to eat at a LJS that could be a model for all the restaurants, this is one. I've eaten in 2 of the many I've visited that I would offer this highest praise. It's bright, quiet, immaculate, and the food is so fresh and hot. And you will also find here the friendliest and most wonderful people. I know their names because everyone there was involved in delivering great food and a great experience. Thank you so much Cassie, Luvaya, Matthias, and Ricky. I can't wait to come visit again for a fantastic meal in a beautiful restaurant and great people who care and want you to have a perfect experience. My highest recommendation.
