Food was amazing & server was attentive, enthusiastic, & very knowledgeable of menu. She even suggested some of her favorite menu items. Longhorn/Bridge Street is at the top of my list of local steakhouses.
We sat in the bar and were delightfully served by Misty. Her service is super friendly and helpful! We ordered bone in ribeye and the filet with lobster. Food was excellently prepared and served. I didn't know the filet was dredged in black pepper and it was too much for me. My thoughtful husband traded a portion of his ribeye with me and enjoyed both the ribeye and filet. When Misty found out my filet was too spicy for me, she offered me another with no spices! I didn't...
Shout out to the on duty manager of Longhorn today, Shane, for his enthusiasm and striving for a job well done! Your efforts were noticed. In this era of dwindling customer service, it was refreshing.
