My family orders from this Marco somewhat regularly an most of the time food is right a delicious, but if there is a mistake I call an tell them an they say they credit my account but when I call in again I’m told there is no credit or a manager will call me the next day but no one calls me. I have had maybe 5-6 times it was wrong in about 4 years so it’s not all the time but when it is wrong it will never be fixed. My order Christmas Eve was wrong an I think that will be my last time there if they don’t make it right, sorry Marcos I kept trying

You know I grew up in a time when they cut a pizza up they cut it up in the shape of a pie every time I order a medium piece of butter and I request and I even say, please please cut it in a pie shape it gets home and it’s cutting a little damn squares I’m kind of wondering if you spent $30 for a pizza you would think they would try to give you what you want all I’ve gotten from Marco’s on Western is what I don’t want time to go someplace else. They need employees with higher education than the sixth grade. This really sucks Christmas Eve even can’t even get an order right damn.

Ordered a large catering order and it wasn’t a good experience. I called and asked to leave a message for the GM and they hung up before I could give them my information. I called back again and they took my information but nobody has ever followed up.

Ordered a pizza, ACCIDENTALLY got the white sauce ( unknowingly, because I skipped that part, assuming it would be original sauce), called and spoke to manager, and he was rude with me, told me he feels like I always call and complain??? We don't know each other, and I NEVER call and complain! I just couldn't figure out why I didn't have the sauce on my pizza? I've never ordered a pizza with the white sauce EVER. Apparently you can't tell there's sauce on it, if you get the white sauce... I'm a loyal customer of Marcos. The ONLY PLACE I go for pizza. I don't know why I apologized to him, when he really should of apologized to me...

Ordered Pepporini bread pieces, noticed as I was still in the parking lot that there was no pizza sauce cup. Had to go back inside and ask for one. After a worker said he put it in the bag, clearly there wasn't. Definitely should have brought the food order in to show them not only did they forget the sauce, and made the wrong bread!. But after getting home to realize, they also made the wrong bread as well. Supposed to be Pepporini bread, not just pieces of cheese crust. The food itself was good, just wish I didn't have to do everyone else's job to get what I paid for!

The pizzas, salads, and subs are always delicious. The staff is very kind and always smiling.
We are real picky with our orders and they did everything perfect. Fast, hot, and made beautifully. Will order again, prices are great too!

Food is great but what I don’t appreciate is that the delivery girl called the cops on me for trying to stop my dog from running out the door told them I was mistreating my dog cause i was telling him to get back in the house smh sad thing I didn’t even put my hand on my dog an she gonna call the cops girl is useless

At 6 pm I ordered a 15.99 special which included a pizza and crazy bread. When my order went through the bread was not included so I called the store and talked to a male manager. He said they would add the bread. I received a call from the manager at 6.04 saying he couldn't add the bread bc the pizza was already out that he would give me a credit for the bread. Since the pizza left the store at 6.04 I expected it about 10 mins later. Fast forward to 6.55 , it's been almost an hour I called back to the store and asked about my order, was connected to a different manager a woman , who was very rude. I asked where my order was since it's been almost an hour. I was agitated . She was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. First off , are your managers trained to hang up on customers. I called back and was more mad. She told me it hasn't been an hour the driver just left 10 mins ago, I questioned her bc of what the other manager told me. One of the managers was lying. She was still rude and said she's been doing this for 10 years and she can have me banned from ordering. The order finally came and it was just lukewarm. Don't worry about banning me because it will be my last order. I will be reporting her to corporate office about how she hung up on me and threatened me

When it comes to actual pizza it's the best take out . There's a diffrebt taste to the crust I can't explain but it's so good. Even when I get pizza for Church events if there's other pizza there this is the 1st to go . The service is good also
