As a semi-truck driver, I was extremely disappointed when I was refused service at your drive-thru simply because I wasn’t in a standard car. I was very hungry, and the lobby was closed, yet I had no safe way to access food.Truck drivers like me are essential in keeping your stores stocked and your business running. It’s frustrating to be denied basic service just because of the vehicle I drive. I hope McDonald’s considers more trucker-friendly options, like walk-up windows, curbside pickup for truckers, or clearer signs for where we can order safely.

The young man was handing our food and drinks to us was not making eye contact and assuring that we made contact. It was almost like it was being tossed at us, drinks and food. Than didn't hand us straws. We asked for some and got them but I guess we inconvenienced them by asking. Happy meal food chicken nuggets was hard and seemed like it was last nights microwaved leftovers.

This is when you want to be trustful and polite and not open your sandwich in front of team member and then hit with this unexplainable nonsense error for the biggest fast food retailer when you’re 5 miles away. I don’t understand how can you still have human or nonhuman error when this is all you do, serve billions if not trillions orders already

McDonalds sucks , ordered online , showed up to get it, they said it was cancelled it wasn’t on my end they took the money out of my account? Showed them all of this and just got an oh well . No food . No refund. Just a horrible Karen manager. Called corporate and they did nothing either! I will never be spending any money here from now on idc if it’s the ONLY thing open I’d rather starve.
