The young man was handing our food and drinks to us was not making eye contact and assuring that we made contact. It was almost like it was being tossed at us, drinks and food. Than didn't hand us straws. We asked for some and got them but I guess we inconvenienced them by asking. Happy meal food chicken nuggets was hard and seemed like it was last nights microwaved leftovers.

Almost every morning I get my elderly dad an ice coffee. He loves McDonald’s coffee but that last few times I have been through the drive thru they have had remarks about how much creamer/sugar that’s requested. At the end of the day it’s payed for? Why be so rude!?!? I also feel they cheap skate your drinks when you use the app. Don’t make something for people to use if you are just gonna be rude about it. I’ve had some great interactions, but some of you ladies need...

We went through the drive thru to just get drinks. We had to wait longer than usual to order, but the woman apologized and was very friendly and personable while taking our order. The order came out fairly quickly and was accurate.
