Western Ave.Very simple order. Med choc. shake, 2 cheeseburgers. Both burgers were cold. Had to wait 5 minutes for shake. Asked for medium and charged for it but received small. It was spilled and smeared all over the cup. I watched the inept guy trying to wipe it off with a dirty rag. No recept given.

Don’t use mobile order here. My final straw was tonight after a bad day but half the time your foods either wrong or tonight they couldn’t even process the mobile order.
Not a fan of this location. Burnt chard burger and barley warm fries probably should have been in the trash. This maybe why McDonald's sales are down because when you serve bad food people don't come back.

Used the app pulled up to 3 curbside waited 20 minutes for food had to go in to get then they can’t find food and then finally do and large fries not full they charge for large but don’t give u a large anymore screw this McDonald’s as they used to be great but certain they suck now
