Orders are usually wrong unless I use the app but then there’s been issues with the app such as cancelled or lost orders & longer wait time.

Horrible place. Use to be a great place. Employees including managers are so rude and the last 10 times I’ve been there or more it’s been a 15-20 minute wait or longer. They don’t even acknowledge you if you go to the front counter. They will look at you and that’s it. You literally have to yell for someone to help.

Every time I go there either food is missing or not made correctly. Staff needs restrained and or taught how to read orders. Once or twice is human error, EVERY time I go thru there is another story.

McDonald's is not the place to go. Customer service is horrible, the food is not worth the money spent.
I usually always go early for lunch but today got dinner and this was the first time my burger was actually on my bun. I get lunch can be busy and what not but I did not mind waiting the extra 2 minutes in the drive thru for a burger that’s put together not 3 patties all thrown into a wrapper with the bread only touching 1/4 of the patty.
