zero stars if would let me ,they charge extra for rice and chicken on top of the regular price and dont inform you of this .dont ask if want chips or drinks and chips are probably not free anymore anyway .Go to Chipolte where the food is better and the servings are not made for a small child like Moes.

I wasn't informed that when you order a stack that you get charged 5times for chicken when I didn't even ask for extra on it and then they charge you for the rice when you put rice on it. And then they don't even put much on them anymore and it's like you taste more or the soft shell then any of the meat and other stuff.And didn't even get offered chips like I normally would. Any other time when I would get the stack I never paid as much as I did this round. I will never return to a Moe's again. Chipotle is where I will go or Hot Heads.

Got a burrito bowl with chicken and ground beef july 29 5pm. Woke up horribly sick the next morning (today). I know it was from moes because thats ALL i had to eat yesterday. The ground beef did look old but silly me trusted the restaurant.big mistake. It isnt the same quality it used to be at this moes.what happened ? Thanks for the food poisoning. I was also overcharged . I asked for half and half chicken and beef as in s half portion of each, and that is what i received, but i was charged for double meat / full portion of each.
Clean and good food. FYI, it does not accept the Moe's app. You can use your Pilot card. Chips have been over salted the last 2 times I have visited. It is part of a gas station so that plays a part with atmosphere. The restrooms at the pilot are quite nice though.

I wasn’t informed about upcharges when customizing my order—only to see the total much higher at checkout. If you're going to charge extra for something, it should be clearly communicated up front, not buried in the receipt after the fact.
On top of that, the food quality has gone downhill. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the overall flavor was lacking. For the price I ended up paying, I expected much better.
I hope this location improves on both transparency and food standards, because right now it’s not worth the visit...

I paid over $15 for more tortilla then anything else . I watched them give me smaller portions then taco bell . Avoid this place its over priced for the amount of food they serve.

There was nothing particularly bad about either the food or service; they were both pretty good. The only thing I noticed was the atmosphere, since some of the tables were dirty with nobody out cleaning them. Also, they had AI art hanging around the restaurant. But still it's a very decent place to eat, especially for being attached to a gas station.
